Took our order. Took the tip for the order. Made us wait. Then informed us that one of the drinks could not be made for lack of ingredients. Asked for a refund. Got the worst attitude ever. The drink we did get was wrong. Horrible attitude. Graveyard environment. Never again. Ps. The refund was short because - ignorant.
Service was excellent! And they have really good Ice if you’re into good ice 😊
Starbucks offers such a cozy and inviting atmosphere to start the day. The gentle background music, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, and the warm, comfortable seating make it the perfect spot to relax, reflect, or simply enjoy a peaceful morning. It’s become my little sanctuary to recharge before the day begins
I came to this location after the location on Hwy 138 in Conyers carelessly messed up my order to request my drink be re-made properly. There was a young lady at the register - I didn’t catch her name tag but she was pregnant with braces this day and she was so gentle about ringing up my order and she even took the time to make it herself! It is perfect! An upside down macchiato with salted caramel cold foam shouldn’t have been that hard to make. Shoutout to that young lady and this location! They always hit the mark for me,

Extremely Disappointed and Concerned
On May 30th, I ordered a Summer Skies drink for my 10-year-old daughter from this location and found a sharp piece of glass in it. Thankfully, she noticed it before swallowing — but this could have resulted in a serious injury. As a parent, this was incredibly alarming and unacceptable.
I immediately reported the incident to the store manager, Hanan, who assured me she would file an incident report and said someone from corporate would contact me within 24 hours. I gave her my contact information but never heard back. I followed up by calling the store several times and got no response, which left me no choice but to escalate to Customer Care.
When I contacted Starbucks Customer Care, my call was escalated to someone named Kevin Smith, who was more focused on offering me account credit ($35, then $45) than addressing the actual safety concern. When I asked for an incident report number or documentation, he became dismissive, said he would “debit my account $45,” and promised to escalate the issue and transfer the call — but he never did. His attitude was rude and unprofessional.
I expect much higher standards from a company like Starbucks, especially when a child’s safety is involved. This incident has left me extremely disappointed, and I hope Starbucks takes immediate action to prevent something like this from happening again.
Staff is always friendly!! Great sense of urgency and care when preparing orders!
Really appreciate y’all for always being kind and making the best coffees! Close to home so it feels nice to have a welcoming community coffee shop I enjoy coming to!

This is a good plac to stop and grab a cup of Joe (coffee) and get a specialty coffee ☕ like the Iced matcha latte with oat milk and whipped cream with a camel drizzle its so so good and at this location ? they make it just like you order it?

I had the worst experience at any Starbucks I’ve ever visited this morning. First, after sitting for over 10 minutes waiting on my order, I noticed everyone who had come in after me was gone and there was no one left waiting but me. I went to ask the barista and she was dismissive and said she had mobile orders. I replied not everyone ordered mobile because there were people who ordered drinks in line at the counter after me and now gone.
She then said it’s been busy and she would work on mine. I had a reusable cup and she asked me where is it. Hmm, I gave that when placed the order now 15 minutes ago! She found it and seemed to have a whatever attitude.
Finally got the drink and my sandwich. But when I opened the sausage sandwich in the car, it looked like it had been microwaved for who knows how long! Soggy looking bread and slightly burnt cheese. I was beyond frustrated and took it back inside. The lady at the counter was like we will get you a nee sandwich which was said in a very dismissive tone. Then the original barista started talking smack to her coworkers about me returning (in their defense, they just looked at me and didn’t respond). I was livid. I asked the young man for her name because this was unacceptable. He laughed and said I have to protect my team. I was like what about your customers? This is terrible service and her attitude is horrid. He said she had a long morning and laughed. Then he said I’ll talk to her and laughed again. That told me NOTHING would be done about this young lady’s service and nasty attitude. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

The absolute worst Starbucks. If I could give zero stars I would. They are the only ones that lock their doors, but continue to allow mobile orders for inside pick up. They do this routinely with 4-5 workers present.
I understand sometimes when short staffed it might be necessary to do this, but then disable mobile orders. Shame on y’all!

Arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday, to meet a friend for a cup of whatever and conversation. When I arrived they had all the chairs up, mopping and closing down. The hours state that they close at 9pm, yet I was told I couldn't come in because they were prepping to close. How the hell are you prepping to close and don't allow customers 1.5 hrs prior to closing? Then when I asked...they were all looking at me like I had five heads...terrible customer service. Oh..and the manager or whomever she was told me that I could make a purchase via the drive through window. Smh
