There’s no reason a venti drink should have ice completely filled to the top. Constantly going back and forth with this location about this. Wasted money again for half of the drink I paid for. Clearly everyone needs training

This happened this morning to my wife. Does this store sell to the public or just employees?? Went to get the Barista Bear cup. I called she said she had 2 cups and saw the female employee put them out. Then before the store opened at 5am another employee took them. The manager lied, then said whatever is on display is what we have. I said sir I called and saw the 2 cups. He got upset saying have a blessed day. I said no sir YOU have a blessed day. Lying to customers is NOT ok when it was not only myself who saw the employees take the barista bear cups!

Placed a mobile order for on store pick-up this morning and the app said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I head to the store and the drive thru is wrapped around the building. I proceed to park to pick up my order and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed until 5pm.
Do better and care about your customers time. If the inside is not open set it up so that the location doesn’t accept in-store mobile pick-up. It’s really not that hard. If I would have known that the inside was not opened I would have made an order at a different location or not at all.🙄

This is the second time that I have patronize this location only to receive rude disrespectful encounters by the baristas I'm not there to make friends I'm just trying to buy a cup of coffee and if you don't like your job then get another one but don't be disrespectful to people that spend their money there and leave tips

What happened to this Starbucks? Service has been downhill lately. They’re always out of products, and sometimes, they let you order before realizing they’re out of products. They were out of caramel on several occasions, and they were also out of cheese danishes on one occasion. I had to be refunded because she had already put the order in.

Also, the restaurant is never open during designated times….today, they had a meeting until 5pm, so the restaurant was closed. It would be different if this was not a common occurrence.

I wonder if corporate knows about these issues they’re having lately?

Took 50 minutes to make one drink.

Took our order. Took the tip for the order. Made us wait. Then informed us that one of the drinks could not be made for lack of ingredients. Asked for a refund. Got the worst attitude ever. The drink we did get was wrong. Horrible attitude. Graveyard environment. Never again. Ps. The refund was short because - ignorant.
