If I can give them a 0 it’s way to much, I did a mobile order, there was no greeting as you walk in like you get in other subways locations, 2 employees working 1pm as you walk up to the counter both ladies don’t even acknowledge you at all! Standing there for a min feelt very awkward I was the one that had to let them know I had a mobile pick up, waited 10min more to get my order we noticed were missing a cheese pizza I told them I was missing it, she give me a flat bread with marinara sauce with cheese find out that this location didn’t have pizza bread at this point I’m already behind my time to get back on the road no refund was given🤦🏻‍♀️drove off because I still had an 1hr drive to my destination when I was on the road I got my tuna salad out🤬at this point I’m pissed off because I paid $11 for a salad they didn’t ADD all my ingredients but they
messed up on my salad dressing my choice was oil, vinegar, oregano, salt & pepper, I didn’t ASK for teriyaki sauce with ranch 😤plus I paid for xtra for avocado I’m super disappointed of SUBWAY specially this location no one answers the phone to speak to management

Food is ALWAYS FRESH, restaurant is always clean. Morning crew friendly not so much evening shift. Also THEY ARE THE SLOWEST!! It’ll be 2 or 3 people in line and it’ll be a 30 min wait literally!! Also they will do the online orders first before they get to customers that’s standing right there in their face!

This location is very nice upon walking in. Everything is clean, not worn, or ruined down. Clean, fresh smelling restroom. All the great sandwich options you love. Plenty of seating as well.

1st I ordered a footling sub I only got a 6 inch. Next I was missing a bag of chips. I'm not sure if it was put in the bag or if the driver got it. There was no seal on the bag. Next I left specific instructions to help the driver locate the Apt. In which I don't even think he read. Next I couldn't even reach the restaurant in order to let them know of the error. No one answered the phone. Therefore I can't get a refund for the missing half of sandwich and chips. So this will be the last time ordering from them.

This Subway location has a drive thru which is great! The food met normal taste and quality for Subway. It was fresh and delicious. The overall experience was pleasant.

What is up with people thinking it’s ok to close 30 minutes early? Google says open till 10pm the app says 10pm the signs on the door say 10pm. And this isn’t the only location either. I understand not being busy and labor being high but you don’t close early and if you do, at least put up a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience or something.

Worst experience ever. Waited 35 minutes after 4 customers. I told the person the kind of bread and cheese, do not need to be toasted she went on to prep the next person order who was ordering for 3 people and just ignored the fact that I was first. Me and the other person was the only one in there. It was total disregard for the order of how things should go. I felt disrespected to the point that I said I guess you are not going to finish my order. She just looked as though I said something wrong. I walked out. The other person had stop serving and standing watching and talking instead of asking what did I want on my sandwich while the person was prepping someone behind me. Disgusting!
