What is up with people thinking it’s ok to close 30 minutes early? Google says open till 10pm the app says 10pm the signs on the door say 10pm. And this isn’t the only location either. I understand not being busy and labor being high but you don’t close early and if you do, at least put up a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience or something.

Worst experience ever. Waited 35 minutes after 4 customers. I told the person the kind of bread and cheese, do not need to be toasted she went on to prep the next person order who was ordering for 3 people and just ignored the fact that I was first. Me and the other person was the only one in there. It was total disregard for the order of how things should go. I felt disrespected to the point that I said I guess you are not going to finish my order. She just looked as though I said something wrong. I walked out. The other person had stop serving and standing watching and talking instead of asking what did I want on my sandwich while the person was prepping someone behind me. Disgusting!

Did an online order for a chicken salad sub on Italian bread, opened my sub at work and it was a chicken wrap. I tried to eat it since it was late and the store had closed but it was nasty I had get something else to eat. Will never order online for this location again.
