Subway on sigman Road in Conyers DON'T go!!!!!!! Very rude and not prepared. Store had been opened for 45 minutes when we entered the establishment. The lady was sitting down eating and never once greeted us. She continued eaten. When she finished she came over and asked What we wanted SMH. Only white bread available no onions cut and no cookies. I said something about not having anything ready and she replied well I worked last night and now I'm here this morning. Very rude and didn't care about the customers at all. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Clean location. Today was the 1st time I experienced this location as clean, and friendly service. They had more than 2 chip options this time and the young lady was sweet and smiled the entire time. Kudos to management for upgrading your customer service skills. Will definitely choose this location over West Ave any day!

Came in tonight (11/6) at 6:00. Left at 7:15 with no food due to conflicts they had going on in the establishment. There was a long line when I arrived. I’m gonna estimate roughly 6 people in front of me. There were 2 guys working whose names I do not know. It was a white and a black guy. The black guy was moving at a pretty decent pace. The white guy however was moving fast but he was all over the place constantly. He kept stopping what he was doing to start doing something else. There were a few arguments between the 2 guys. The black guy had to constantly stop what he was doing to redirect the white guy back to finish what he started doing and to worry about the line and that the line is top priority. I do agree with what he said but that caused the white guy get pretty frustrated and complain how busy he’s been since he got to work and was threatening to walk out and clock out constantly. Meanwhile all of this is going on and I’ve been waiting an hour and 15 minutes with 2 people still in front of me. I left this location at 7:15. Went to the subway on west ave. And was in and out over there in less than five minutes. I pass by this location on my way back home and the lady that was in front of me and the guy behind me was still there in the same exact spots (towards the front right where you order) at 7:30. Sorry but an hour and a half wait for a sandwich is absolutely ridiculous.

I tried to give it the benefit of doubt based on my experience earlier this year. Honestly this needs to be shut down. The air didn't work, the drink machine was out of order. The refrigerator didn't have any drinks. I ordered steak and cheese only to get home less than 5 minutes and it was cold. I just threw it away. Customer service is horrible. My kids said they sandwich was nasty as well.

The young man was working alone on a Friday night with no help but yet he had made one of the best tuna sub that I’ve had thus far.Management should be ashamed of not having the proper staff with the long wait time but the young man proved himself worthy….

Pick up order and neither sandwich was made as requested and as the build ticket indicated. Worse tired dry sandwich missing items clearly listed on build sheet, and toasting on all sandwiches when only one was requested.

first off, let me start by when I first came in I spoke and asked them how was they doing? I got no response back by both of the people in there one of them had missing teeth in the front. I don’t know if she’s the manager or what’s going on, but they’re rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever, the guy fit in my sandwich. Seems like he wanted to argue with me and all I wanted was him to fix my sandwich and stop talking to the manager with the missing teeth in the front. They both need to be fired and they need to find someone that actually want to work and be there. Plus he kept wiping his damn nose with his arms. Disgusting I just threw my sandwich away. I brought it. I didn’t feel like arguing about getting my money back. I just didn’t want nothing to do with it. I just know I would never go back to this spot. And it seem like all the subways I go to nowadays sucks. They need better owners That hire better employees

Do not come here they always dont have something weather it be bread or toppings. Drink machine only has one drink you can select. I placed a mobile order and it took me 45 min after it said it was ready to pick it up. It wasn't the employees fault he was by himself but the management of this store is horrible
Terrible location just left about 2 minutes young lady working on the shift has a terrible attitude. She ought to be fired you don’t have a attitude with customers.

Cory and Manny were superb with their service! They were not stocked and the a/c wasn’t working properly however they were making it work and very professional and polite! They deserve to be recognized! Hard to find workers who care these days…please make sure you give them praise for being so good to my daughter and I tonight. Thank you! We’ll be back soon!

I ordered a footlong with extra meat costing me $5.85 and a six inch with extra meat and charged $3.25 and did not receive what I paid 😡

I really hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at this Subway was terrible as far as food quality. The bread was extremely old and stiff.... as well as all the toppings. I should've turned around and walked out once I saw how old the spread looked. Customer service was amazing though and I was greeted by both employees as soon as I walked in. But unfortunately, I won't be back.
