The young man was working alone on a Friday night with no help but yet he had made one of the best tuna sub that I’ve had thus far.Management should be ashamed of not having the proper staff with the long wait time but the young man proved himself worthy….

Pick up order and neither sandwich was made as requested and as the build ticket indicated. Worse tired dry sandwich missing items clearly listed on build sheet, and toasting on all sandwiches when only one was requested.

first off, let me start by when I first came in I spoke and asked them how was they doing? I got no response back by both of the people in there one of them had missing teeth in the front. I don’t know if she’s the manager or what’s going on, but they’re rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever, the guy fit in my sandwich. Seems like he wanted to argue with me and all I wanted was him to fix my sandwich and stop talking to the manager with the missing teeth in the front. They both need to be fired and they need to find someone that actually want to work and be there. Plus he kept wiping his damn nose with his arms. Disgusting I just threw my sandwich away. I brought it. I didn’t feel like arguing about getting my money back. I just didn’t want nothing to do with it. I just know I would never go back to this spot. And it seem like all the subways I go to nowadays sucks. They need better owners That hire better employees

Do not come here they always dont have something weather it be bread or toppings. Drink machine only has one drink you can select. I placed a mobile order and it took me 45 min after it said it was ready to pick it up. It wasn't the employees fault he was by himself but the management of this store is horrible

Cory and Manny were superb with their service! They were not stocked and the a/c wasn’t working properly however they were making it work and very professional and polite! They deserve to be recognized! Hard to find workers who care these days…please make sure you give them praise for being so good to my daughter and I tonight. Thank you! We’ll be back soon!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at this Subway was terrible as far as food quality. The bread was extremely old and stiff.... as well as all the toppings. I should've turned around and walked out once I saw how old the spread looked. Customer service was amazing though and I was greeted by both employees as soon as I walked in. But unfortunately, I won't be back.

When two particular female employees are here I’m not only greeted politely, but I get fast and great service. I’m leaving a second star for those ladies. I came in just a few days ago to a long line and my sandwich was started shortly after walking in. Fantastic! But today. I walked in to 3 employees who genuinely could care less about customer service. About 6:45pm one guy was working slowly on what looked to be a call in order of one sandwich. The other two employees stood there watching him make the sandwich. Now I’ve worked food, I understand sometimes there are reasons but these people were talking about absolute random crap cutting up and laughing. They weren’t doing anything but talking. At one moment a guy walked up and said “you picking up” I said “no” he said “oh you’re ready to order?” And I said “yep I’m ready” he looked at me and said give me a minute. And I asked right back over just to talk and made me continue to wait until I eventually walked out. Considering I was there a few days ago and went out of my way to compliment the service I received because that’s how I am. Tipped 20% and left. Had they been cleaning or doing ANYTHING I wouldn’t be writing this because they truly already wasted my time tonight, but they were doing NOTHING but talking about completely unrelated subjects. With that work ethic they will be sandwich artists until they retire.

I went there earlier in an attempt to grab some lunch. There was one guy waiting to order, so I stood behind him. A woman, who I presume to be the manager (she was delegating tasks to the others), got my attention and proceeded to tell me a large list of meats that they were out of. And the list consisted of almost all the meats that Subway offers. I left since they didn't have any of the options I came for. This location is hanging on by a thread. The customer service is non existent and they never have ANYTHING; they are literally ALWAYS out of several menu items. At this point, they may as well stop opening their doors.

WORST PLACE EVER! They didn’t have any meats or anything they had on the menu! They specifically told us that their was no meats and the people next in line behind us were told the had all the meats. What does this mean? What does this mean as a big name restaurant when they have nothing on the menu ?

Stopped at Subway on Sigman Rd in Conyers, GA. After ordering, I looked at the vegetables and they looked Terrible. Appears that they were frozen and thawed…the cucumbers and tomatoes looked watery and there was frost inside each compartment. The atmosphere is dull and need upgrading. I canceled my order…won’t be visiting this Subway again!!

Absolutely zero customer service! If you hate your job that bad get you a new one…I was excited to see I had beat the lunch crowd but now I can tell that a crowd there probably does not exist.
