I will not be returning to this location. While I was there, a man I assume was the owner came in and began yelling at the employee who was making my sandwich. He was upset that she had parked in a customer parking space and made her stop preparing my food to go move her car. He continued yelling, saying business was slow and that her parking there wasn’t helping. It was very uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. No employee should be treated that way, especially in front of customers.

Took my daughter and niece, we ordered the meal and I just checked my bank and its was 53.00 the phone number does not work.. I dug through the bag of trash I had in my car which luckily was just paper and he charged for 3 bags of chips that we told him 15 times we did not want and we never got. He didnt give us the meal deal which is what I asked for 3 sandwiches 2 6 in meals..this receipt proves he ripped me off what a shame I gave him a $7 tip which he clearly felt wasnt enough because he charged me seperatly for drinks and chips and we didnt get chips n we got the meal with drink n cookies n they were fountain drinks

We went in to eat lunch and we got 2 protein bowls. I requested no lettuce but I did want spinach as my filler. They gave me very little of everything and still charged me full price. I ended up paying $32 for 2 protein bowls, 1# bag of chips, and 2# small drinks. Total rip off. Not worth a cent of your money.

My food was absolutely disgusting. The did not follow my instructions for what I wanted and the bread was incredibly old. I asked for a light amount of mayo and mustard and my sandwich came out literally dripping and could have been rung out.

What is up with people thinking it’s ok to close 30 minutes early? Google says open till 10pm the app says 10pm the signs on the door say 10pm. And this isn’t the only location either. I understand not being busy and labor being high but you don’t close early and if you do, at least put up a sign that says sorry for the inconvenience or something.

I went in for my lunch break. I work in a corporate setting so I had on business casual attire. I was purposely overcharged. The combo is cheaper but she rung me up for the cookies and drink separately. Money hungry scam. I got a turkey sub so I qualified for the combo. I was going to tip but the money hungry scammer caused me not to. She wanted the extra dollars so badly costed her the tip.
The Subway on Hyway 138 in Conyers Ga. Made me remember why stop eating at Subway, I ordered a BMT salad with extra meat, He went to the side to cut the meat, He cut the meat so tiny, it looked like bacon bits. Cost me $15. They need to close down, They rip me off. And have the nerves to want a tip. My tip is, Shut this place down for good!!

It's not often one feels compelled to leave a review for a chain restaurant, but I couldn't leave this parking lot before giving a review - the gentleman who greeted and started my order at 7:10pm on Sunday 7/23/23 (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) was the sweetest, most patient person and you can tell he truly cares about the quality of the food served and customer service. He put a smile on my face during what would usually be the most mundane part of a day. He deserves a raise!
