I ordered an order for pick up 30 minutes prior to showing up. The app said my order was ready, upon arrival I was told it will be a few minutes, they’ve been busy. I waited for 15 minutes for a pre ordered pre paid order. What’s the point of taking online orders if you’re just going to wait until someone shows up to process the order? Now I’m late for where I needed to be! Also, stop fudging your numbers to make your store look good, if the order isn’t ready, don’t push it through like it is!
If you order online for pickup, don’t do like I did and try to plan it along the way, and be prepared to wait.

As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with the warmest welcome, setting the tone for a great experience. The atmosphere and service were exceptional—so much so that this will now be our go-to Subway location.

A special shoutout to Patel, who was incredibly pleasant and made our visit even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

I usually go to the one off 20 S and I see why. They definitely skimp on EVERYTHING! 5 pieces of thin sliced turkey for a foot long, cucumbers were old, asked for light tomatoes and got one, ordered a head, and the food wasn't made until I got there. I ordered a head cause i knew they closed at 9 and i would be cutting my pick up close. They didn't have coke or one of the chips i requested either. It was clean, though and they were nice..thats it.

Super clean location. Very nice from the moment you walk in. Any sandwich is a good choice. Restroom was clean and smelled clean too.

This location doesn't honor coupons. They don't do any subway deals and skimmed on meat and cheese. Aside from it being clean that's all I liked about this location

I order my food 20 mins before I get there, so it will be ready. When I get there, my food is never ready and the manager or worker starts working on. The point of ordering ahead is to not wait for my food.

The cleanest subway I’ve EVER been too and I go here almost every week. The staff is ALWAYS nice and respectful. They are never short of food like most subways I’ve been to. And of course the food is good as always. #lovethissubway

This is the worst Subway ever! They put VERY LITTLE MEAT on your sub. He literally spread the meat for a 6 inch on my foot long sweet teriyaki. I wished I had checked the reviews before hand.

stingy with their meat, you can’t see their meat or cheese behind a stainless steel shield. I felt like I was basically robbed. Old lettuce when I went in there, I told him I wanted it light tomatoes, meaning two Split in half he gave me four tomatoes and did what he wanted to do with my sandwich. They don’t hire any other people other than Their own if you understand what I mean. It’s the reason why…it’s almost like going to Shells Gas Station without seeing the prices. I would never go here again, and I didn’t eat my sandwich. 0 stars!!!!

The revisit because there's no subway on the side of town l reside . I was reunited with my favorite Chicken Teriyaki Subway. The staff was wonderful.

Meat thief is best description I can give this place. They hide thier meat behind a stainless shield so you cannot see the portions. Doesn't accept coupons and bread is stale. Would rather go to Publix where I know food is fresh and portions are generous

Wish I could leave ZERO stars! They put FIVE slices of cucumber on my sons veggie sub! Very dirty in the store, did not see them wash hands. They do not accept coupons and they only put half portion of meat on subs. Very stingy and sorry excuse for a SubWay. Go to Publix.
