Horrible service I ordered pickup thru DoorDash, took 30 minutes for them to make a bean and rice burrito, also staff was making racial comments about other customers. Stood there waiting on the order and several other people came in and got their food first, when ordered way before, only got like two items that shouldn’t have taken that long. They also didn’t put any ice in my drink. Also they made me stand there waiting only to tell me later on they were out of rice.

Alizandra B took our order and was very rude. I had decided after I ordered I wanted to add something else, so 1 politely asked her if she can add said item to my order. She told us very rudely no and that we would have to go all the way around back to the speaker and order again. She was the only one it looks like taking orders as we can see her placing the car behind us order. We went at a non busy time there was only one car behind us. I have ordered countless time here and had asked to add something last minute and they were able to add it on for us no issue. The whole interaction was unprofessional and upsetting. I will not be coming back.

There is bare minimal interaction with staff. Orders are taken through the kiosk. No one created me when we entered but the gentleman who gave us our food was polite and thanked us.

Food was horrible, how do you mess up tacos??? Plus it was cold!!! I called up there 4 times to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I hate businesses like this. Its all about a dollar instead of customer service. Man im so pissed right now!!!

I don't understand how this company is still in business. I came in for some food. Let start food is to me very fake and not very good. Rice was burnt and the cinnamon twist was nasty. The people in here are okay but not very friendly. I'm getting tired of all the computer ordering myself and ai at the drive-thru. I know this might be long but what happened to the atmosphere when you go to a fast food restaurant and you enjoy going with your family This place is dull depressing and I will not be back. I feel that they cut as much as they can on the food and tried to make it cost so much for what day spent on it. You may have your own opinion but this is how I feel about going to now fast food restaurants something has to change or Taco Bell McDonald's Burger King or any really other than the fast food that actually takes care of you aka Chick-fil-A . All I can say from at this point it's just to make food at home and stop supporting these fast food chains that really don't care about the customers that it be used to and if one of the managers are reading this please do not contact me I do not care I do not want a free meal do better with your restaurant thank you.

I literally just left like 30 minutes ago And I ordered three beef crunchy tacos plain, chips and cheese, and a Large strawberry freeze they rang up a Baja blast midnight which is what I originally asked for, but they said they didn’t have it so then I asked for the strawberry freeze and they gave me the midnight soda instead. The food was great nonetheless.. The service not so much. I went to the drive-thru and there were only like three cars in the drive-through. It went by pretty fast, but when I got to start ordering, it seemed like the girl was in a rush, and I wasn’t rude. I didn’t have an attitude. I didn’t have a tone I was talking to her as if I was talking to one Of my coworkers. When I got to the window, it was as if she was still in a rush, talking fast, emotionless and closed the window as fast as she could WITH AN ATTITUDE. I completely understand if I was being rude or snobby because i know people my age usually are but since I’ve been a restaurant manager before, I would never do that to somebody that’s serving me food so I don’t understand why I was given an attitude. And then I got home. The tacos were good and the chips were OK, They kind of tasted stale and the cheese sauce was kind of stiff. I didn’t even wanna eat it anymore, so I threw it away. I come to this Taco Bell like once every two weeks or every week during afternoon shift so this is my first time coming at night time and I’ve never had this experience at this tacobell... It’s only four minutes away from my house so this is my home Taco Bell usually everyone is sweet and in good spirits but obviously not tonight. If you do go to this tacobell make sure you go before night time🩷

Whoever working Saturday 10/4-10/5 night shift is killing it. Line wrapped around the building, and despite that, everybody was delivering like they was happy to be there, and the food came out tasting like it was made by the taco bell gods.

Went through the drive thru, was handed all items at once, fries spilling, no help and the person just watched. Food is salty, food is luke warm to cold ordered the Grande nachos. If you are wanting to pay more for less toppings, then order this. Not as many toppings as it was years ago, and the box is smaller than years ago.

EVERYTIME we go, day or night, they have some kind of technical issue! I'm wondering why they claim their open when we can never even place an order? I usually try after midnight because I work overnight shifts. They have horrible customer service and they also only serve mobile or online orders. I wish I could input 0 stars!
