EVERYTIME we go, day or night, they have some kind of technical issue! I'm wondering why they claim their open when we can never even place an order? I usually try after midnight because I work overnight shifts. They have horrible customer service and they also only serve mobile or online orders. I wish I could input 0 stars!

We had the most rude person serving the drive-thru tonight 7/6/25 11:00pm-ish. We drive from Covington to this location specifically because it's usually good food and customer service, not tonight though. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THERE, FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!

I tried their new chicken tenders, they were so dry and over cooked I couldn't even feed them to my dog. They looked like they were left in the fryer for 30 minutes.
