Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat, but since they have put kiosk in place of ordering from a human I rarely visit now. What kind of customer service is that. Ordering online is one thing but going to the place to have lunch/dinner and not having human customer service (interactions) is discouraging and makes me mad that we are allowing the computer world to make our civilization non-communicational, and dysfunctional. Please bring the human service back.

It's Taco Bell therefore sometimes it is good sometimes it is trash. Service is the same. It is good sometimes days and bad another day. Roll the dice and try it. Worst is you crap out.

Order online, mind you I’m coming off of an upper respiratory infection, and all I’ve been craving is Taco Bell so I talked my parents into to going to get it, I ordered it online and forgot to check my food before i checked out, I get the 3 cheese chicken flatbread melts but with steak because I won’t eat chicken, I forgot to make the switch, when we get there to pick it up they didn’t start on yet so I asked if they would put steak instead of chicken they told me they have just finished my food and I was disappointed I won’t eat it, I expected since they were done I would be handed my food but wasn’t handed it until 10 minutes later the least they could have done was remade the flatbreads, I worked at a Taco Bell so I know I should not have had to wait on my food as long as I did

Horrible location. Went through the drive thru. There were 2 cars ahead of us.
The first car order took over 10 mins to move forward. Second car around the same time so we thought they were just big orders. Nope it was the staff. Once we pulled up the staff told us one moment we waited some more. Once she came back she told us to go ahead and order then interrupted and said wait again. Once we finally got helped she said they were understaffed and we couldn’t order over 2 meals. We had a family of 4. We waited all that time to get nothing. Never again.

I went in today 9/19/ 2024 and ordered a crunch box or whatever she said. These are the potatoes they gave me and when I said something about it and told her I'm from Maryland and I've never gotten potatoes lookin like this. She then tells me they use a scoop! Wtf does that have 2 do with anything? U clearly see the difference in the pics! Sorry piss poor potatoes along with the staff! Have NO concept of customer service. All she should have said was, "give me a minute and went and gave me a better serving! They always telling u the processes and workings like I work there.....MARYLAND WOODFIELD ROAD LOCATION WOULD NEVER as u can see! Sylvester and his team STAY ON POINT and display what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about!

I was there around 12:15am when I got off work I ordered 2 steak and 2 chicken quesadillas they gave me 2 chicken and 2 cheese quesadillas when they charged me for the 2 steak quesadillas then on top of that they were rushing me they have very bad customer service and bad communication skills

Crystal the assistant store manager was really great at assisting me and my daughter today they were ended up out of coffee and she was able to fix that for me great customer service she's wonderful to came out fast looks great taste great
