Celtic Tavern Irish Pub & Restaurant

We moved here almost 2 years ago and this is our favorite place by far. Food is amazing, service is great. Beef Brisket, Cajun club and Kickin chicken sandwiches are amazing!!!!

Change of plans and tried this place. Slightly unusual vibe maybe by design, good crowd for a random Saturday, and pub food that was better than most (fish and chips, burger). Solid 4/5. Will visit again!

The bartender here was so rude immediately upon entering I left. Which probably explains the empty bar.

We love a good Irish-themed pub and have visited many across the U.S. and beyond — but this one did not measure up. What follows is our experience. Yours may differ.
We walked in to find a “seat yourself” sign, which was fine since the place was almost empty. However, finding a table that wasn’t sticky was another matter.
We asked our server if they had any local drafts. And she, with the enthusiasm of someone who had just stepped on a LEGO, pointed at the QR code and grumbled, “I have a lot of beers,” as she hurried off to help some non-existent customers. After scanning the menu, We discovered that “a lot of beers” did not include any local options — which should have been easy to answer, but I guess she wasn’t feeling it today.
We had planned to stay for a late lunch, but between the sticky tables and the chilly reception, we figured we would cut our losses and abandon ship. In hindsight, probably a good decision. After all, they probably have, “a lot of” customers and did not need our coins.

Amanda our waitress Amanda is the GREATEST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! FOOD AMD AND SERVICE IS WONDERFUL!!!!!

I would never eat here Again and I mean never

If you’re looking for authentic Irish food, this is really not like place. The restaurant was fairly dead for a Saturday night and the people that were in there were extremely drunk/loud. The tater tots and fries clearly tasted like the oil they were fried in was old. The waitress was very nice though. The worst part was that a girl kept walking in here with no shoes on and none of the staff seemed to mind. Very weird atmosphere, mediocre food, and the dining room smelled like musty mop water. Really unfortunate, as I was looking forward to some good Irish food!

Fun little pub. I think I caught them on an unexpectedly busy Tuesday. But the food and beer was great.

This restaurant has redeemed my food experience in Conyers. Had the Celtic Crack tots, the tots were fried to perfection and the toppings were delicious (wing sauce, ranch, and whiskey bbq). The Celtic punch is a fabulous drink with just enough sweet and tartness. The server (Amanda) at the bar was pleasant and eager to please. I will say if you are in Conyers make this a go to stop.

We had lunch and drinks Saturday, and sat outside. Our server was Amber and she was awesome. Very attentive. We had a few spicy bloody Mary's which were perfect and for an appetizer we had the crack dip spicy. Usually we don't order appetizers but from the reviews we had to give it a try. It was delicious! For lunch we had the fish and chips and the Reuben both were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious.

Best Cod fish sandwich. All food is actuality delicious here! Can't go wrong going rather single or couples or a crowd. Service is awesome. Love sitting outside. Wish music was more frequent and earlier. Great place to go anytime of day.!!
