I went here with a friend for "brunch" however we quickly found out that they were out of a lot of things we were looking to try, it was a bit of a let down for me, especially since this place is about a 40 min drive from my area Marietta. The drinks were ok

I’ve been here a few times for lunch but this review is strictly on my last visit which was on 1/13/23 for dinner. I saw a few different versions of the menu online so I called that morning to get the correct version that would be offered at dinner since we had a group with some dietary restrictions. I called before opening time and the call was forwarded to a cell phone. The person who answered (the owner maybe) was very kind and sent me the menu via text.We had a party of 7 (including 2 children under 5) and arrived approximately 6:30pm. There was a short wait before being seated. The first thing I’d like to point out is that although children are welcome here, there is no special seating for them (high chair, boaster). The second thing I noticed is that although the restaurant was not very busy at first, the waitress was still a little slow. I believe this was due to her being the only one at the time. This establishment is not huge but should definitely have more help on a Friday night. The food took a while to come out, even my daughters wings that we saw sitting on the shelf. Again, the waitress clearly needed some backup because now there was a large patty behind us celebrating a birthday. I ordered a pizza for my 4 year old son, the seafood platter for myself, and wings (hot bbq & lemon pepper) for my tween. I didn’t taste the pizza but the others enjoyed it. My aunti had the salmon sliders which were good. The lemon pepper wings were OK but those hot bbq were delicious. My entire seafood platter was good AF… everything was perfectly seasoned/cooked and hot. When it was time to get the check we had to wait a while because now the place was busy. Even receiving the to-go boxes took too long for them to be 20 feet from where we were sitting.Overall the experience was a good one and I’ll definitely be back.

We came to The Reserve on a Sunday morning shortly after they opened. We were greeted and escorted to a table immediately. We were lucky to be seated in front of a large screen so we enjoyed soccer and later football. Our server had quite a few tables so we didn't see her for a few minutes. When she did come, she grabbed our orders and entered them immediately. We watched her manage about 4/5 tables at once so we had no issues being patience. Our food came out accurate and hot. It was sooooo good! We will definitely return when we're on this side of town.

Came here on Sunday for brunch. Hours show that they open at 10am, but the doors were locked at 1130. Someone eventually unlocked the doors but the establishment still had all their chairs and tables stacked from the night before. Waitress apologized that it wasn't clean and stated the night staff didn't clean. Ordered a sweet tea to drink & fish & grits to eat. Drinks came in 4oz. Cocktail cups, and waitress never re-filled my drink until I asked for the check. She disappeared for a long time and never checked on us while we ate. The meal itself was very good. Catfish was seasoned & fresh. I may return, but maybe not for brunch.

I came on a Friday to start off my bday weekend. My friend and I walked in and was greeted by the owner! He recommended we sit at the bar and he got us a round of shots on him! The bartender Tasha was amazing, she made us the best blueberry lemon drop martini and strawberry margarita!!

This place is awful and the customer service is trash. We had reservations we were seated and waited for twenty plus minutes for a menu. They should close the place if not it will be forced closed. Word of mouth goes a long, long way. It took 40 minutes for some water. The place isn't even packed. Shut the doors and don't open them unless you have new management and new staff. Didn't you close to train your staff? It didn't work. The manager needs some work too. Young, arrogant, and unprofessional. Everyone in the establishment complained about him and how cold the place was and after seeing the other reviews. I give this place maybe 6 more months. The musicians were the only reason this place received a star.

Went there Thursday night...they were not open as indicated. No sign, no social media update. Just lights out.

this will be a review as a former employee here at this establishment . I got fired from bartending after working there for three weeks. The owner fired me after lying about me having complaints/bad reviews, keep in mind the customers I had by then were regulars and left satisfied everytime. Even if I were to receive a complaint I believe that you can't satisfy every customer and I've always had a great attitude about everything while working there so a warning or a simple strike would have been enough for something such as a bad review. I was told that he has been going through some personal problems which has caused him to act out of rage towards customers and his employees. his assistant manager is also very unprofessional when it comes to customers and the employees. In our work group chat she never responds to the important questions that the fellow workers have to ask or concerns that we may have had, and with the customers she lies about reservations and available bottles we may have in stock which have caused people to waste of time and money even coming to the business on what may be a very important occasion. This business is very unprofessional in multiple ways, never getting paid on time, poor customer service from him himself as the owner, never having certain ingredients to make certain drinks or meals. I don't write this review out of spite but to just let customers or future employees know that every place has their cons but this place has to be the most deceiving job I've had because I was a victim to an angry grown man that may have gotten upset from something that had nothing to do with me. also let's not forget almost half of the staff there currently has had their own interactions with him causing them to step away and cry because of his smart remarks. If you choose to work here do not let it be your only job because you never know when he might switch up and want to get rid of you.

I came here on a Monday around 11pm. One of the ladies told me the kitchen was closed but luckily, they decided to still let me order. I was the last person there and they were cleaning up so I felt obligated to leave but the staff was still ultimately nice. The food was great. It is super cute inside with great music.

I came this evening to have dinner with friends. The wait was terrible and the restaurant was out of a lot of menu items including Coke and salsa. Top it off I lost 50% of my hearing because the band Misa Lowe was so loud like they were in an arena. Customers were leaving including my party. I will not be returning.

I just visited this place. a few things come to mind. Attitude of the owner ( he was pointed out to me) is important. When I ask if he had record of similar restaurants, he snapped his wasn't here. I ask him if I could have his name, I got mad ( saying I told you he wasn't here). I could see he was agitate, so i left him and and went to ask a waitress who was five feet away. He yell, "I told you he wasn't her". Well the fish and grits is what I had. They we good minus all the salt. That meal was just shy of being Not edible! I ask for desert next. They only had one some kind of contraption called pineapple upside down cheese cake..: too much sugar (way too much). Not to mention it look just like the name... to prepared cakes flipped over and mated, no kind of blend at. Bottom Line : a D Attitude Too Much!!!!

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was cool and laid back. There was not one single disappointment and the Mac n cheese was delicious. Each item was delicious including the lobster, j*** lamb chops and Brussel sprouts. They are open after 5 on Saturdays. Yelp had them listed as close (8.27) but I'm glad we checked for ourselves.

The WORST service in the world! The only good thing about this place was the waitress. Amber was soooo sweet and apologetic about the shorty service received from both the kitchen and bar!For starters… we had a reservation for 7:30p. The waitress took out drink and food order around 7:50p… we didn’t receive our drinks until 8:55p and the food after that. My order was not correct. I ordered the lamb chops ($32) with mashed potatoes and broccoli, received mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Amber apologized about that!! People who sat down after us received their food before us and left. FYI: it was only 4 of us!! We requested to speak with a manager. One of the owners (light skinned guy) was also the cook, he walked by, I made eye contact with him and he sent the hostess to our table to assist us… why I don’t know. Then another owner came over and said he is sorry about the service but they were experiencing a rush (see pictures). He tried to make it better the best way he could. The service from the kitchen and bar SUCKS! I would not waste my time or money!! The food was ok. Maybe brunch is better. The only reason I gave ONE STAR is because of the nice waitress Amber and poor manager tried to make it right.
