I’ve been coming here for over a year now, but I have never been more impressed than I was yesterday with the quality of service here. Tin Plate has always had great food and fantastic drinks at very generous prices, and every member of staff has always made me feel welcome. But yesterday,I witnessed one of the staff members being ridiculed by a customer for what she was wearing. Some woman thought that it was appropriate to force her own views and opinions on everybody else in the bar, including the staff, but this staff member handled the situation with the utmost patience and grace. I have never seen such an obnoxious customer or a more professional staff member in the service industry. Keep rocking, Tin Plate!

Had lunch today with good friends at tin plate. Looking forward having nice lunch, however the hostess had a t-shirt on that made me want to turn around and walk right back out the door. This should not be allowed to worn in a place of business or anywhere else. I and my friends were very offended. I told the waitess for our table how we felt and she said she had not noticed. Hard to believe!!! Funny thing is they have t-shirts for sale in their restaurant. She could have put one over the shirt, she had on. I will never go back into this place again. Sorry you don't understand when you use the Lord's name in vain. Praying for your hostess and your business!

Was passing through town due to a sporting event and decided to give this restaurant a try based on the reviews. They had a fantastic adult beverage selection and some very creative entree choices. We tried a spud, burger (which was absolutely massive) with tots, and the wings. Everything was spot on and tasted great. I would definitely recommend giving Tin Plate a try if you have never eaten here before.

I was quite disappointed, Tin Plate was the food choice we had decided on all day and the moment of truth, it's not often that I go to the location but for the last couple of visits my food has been very disappointing. My order is never right and it's just like something thrown together. And unfortunately that will be my last time ever eating there.
Kitchen crew really needs to pay more attention to the orders.. I worked in a restaurant for 25 years, I. Understand how busy it can be at times but the main focus is paying attention to what you are doing customers Really would enjoy their food a lot More we it's right...

First time in today. Hostess was friendly and even asked what type of table I preferred. Waitress was attentive and food was amazing!! Will definitely recommend to friends and will be visiting again!
