I’ve been coming here for over a year now, but I have never been more impressed than I was yesterday with the quality of service here. Tin Plate has always had great food and fantastic drinks at very generous prices, and every member of staff has always made me feel welcome. But yesterday,I witnessed one of the staff members being ridiculed by a customer for what she was wearing. Some woman thought that it was appropriate to force her own views and opinions on everybody else...

Was passing through town due to a sporting event and decided to give this restaurant a try based on the reviews. They had a fantastic adult beverage selection and some very creative entree choices. We tried a spud, burger (which was absolutely massive) with tots, and the wings. Everything was spot on and tasted great. I would definitely recommend giving Tin Plate a try if you have never eaten here before.

I was quite disappointed, Tin Plate was the food choice we had decided on all day and the moment of truth, it's not often that I go to the location but for the last couple of visits my food has been very disappointing. My order is never right and it's just like something thrown together. And unfortunately that will be my last time ever eating there.
Kitchen crew really needs to pay more attention to the orders.. I worked in a restaurant for 25 years, I. Understand...
