I ordered takeout. I was really disappointed. The portions were small and the temperature of the food was lukewarm. It seemed like my order had been sitting in the kitchen for for a while before it was brought to me. I should've checked it prior to leaving. It's better to dine in for me.

Shrimp and Salmon Fried rice, soap and salad I was pretty annoyed with the presentation of the meal. The soup was okay but the overall meal was not worth even making a review. I didn't eat it at all. The sushi was okay not worth me coming back. Will not refer this place looks amazing outside but food was not good at all and the seating was different.

Went to this restaurant with my family for birthdays today. The waiter was uncompromising about the menu and other requests. I asked could they fry oysters separately from other seafood because of my allergies. He said no. A man sitting at the same grill askes to have onions grilled separately and the waiter said no. The man explained that he ate their a week ago and the request was honored and the waiter still said no. And he wasn't very friendly also. If it weren't for the included gratuity to the bill, I would not have left as much. We won't be returning to this place.

Quality. Value. New. Delicious. Totally love the new location! Sat at the bar and admired the decor, space and variety on the menu. Ordered 2 rolls with eel and tuna. The other tempura snapper on it... Loved them both!

I enjoyed the hibachi experience but I've here before snd had better food. I tried the sauce additions to add to my food and was mortified. I'll just eat it as they serve it to me...without teriyaki or yummy sauce.

When I came in to eat I was given a vibrating pager. I told the host that I would be outside as to avoid being in the large crowd waiting in the lobby. She informed me that when it went off to Come Back Inn and that it would take about 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I go inside to find out what's going on because my pager never went off and I was told that I missed my chance to eat. I've been eating at Tokyo for years I will never come back

This was my favorite Japanese restaurant in this area! I visited the new building and was a little disappointed. The atmosphere was a bit institutionalized and cold. The grills, while brand new were already showing signs of grease buildup. The food was a bland and the ginger dressing wasn't as good. I hope they get back to their humble roots. Also, I'm a ginger snob, so please get better dressing!

I've been coming here since elementary school, almost 17+ years ago. The food is great and the staff is usually really nice and welcoming. Today was the first time I was disgusted with the service. I placed a Togo order online and came at the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited at the Togo counter where there is a sign saying be patient due to short staff. I proceed to see employees looking at me and not come over but I figured they were busy. 5 minutes go by and a white man walks through the door. The same receptionist acting like she too busy to check me out runs over to help the guy. When she done she tries to walk away and is stunned when I told her I was trying to pick up an order WHILE SITTING AT THE TOGO COUNTER! I normally don't leave comments like this but I am really displeased with what's going on at Tokyo nowadays. Never have I once felt racially profiled here until today and I'm literally shocked. Y'all should get back to the inclusive atmosphere y'all had when the restaurant was is the plaza.

My husband and I had a lunch date here. We wanted sushi so we sat at the bar. The Sushi was great, the service was fast and our waitress was very nice and helpful. We will be back. You can tell the place was new. Sorry I took a picture of my sushi after I started eating lol.
