I waited 20 min for a smoothie, u will think it tasted good nooooooo it was terrible the fruit where not blended well, it was just watery, no flavor it's like is a toddler who made it .... I really regret wasting my money at this location

Tropical Smoothie, can you please put safety stickers on your Door Dash orders like most restaurants do? It'll make me and many other customers feel like our Smoothies and food are safe and secure. Other than that I like your Smoothies!

We use to order from this location alot. We would call because there was no option to add extra turbinado sugar.

Well, when we called today we were told that the new store policy prohibits the workers to do add ins over the phone.

For us that means the customer service has went from 110% to 10%. Being able to call to get that add-in was great. It showed the company was willing to give 110% to make their customers happy. Nowadays it's profit over customer satisfaction. Sad but true, sad but true.

Food was good…we walked in after an 11 hr trip for supper and no chairs. Hours said nothing about lobby being closed. Mentioned we wouldn’t eat there if we couldn’t be seated. My daughter asked again if they were open when she got up there. Young man offered to get us chairs but we checked out and ended up getting them ourselves. After we were 1/3 through the manager said the lobby was closed. Very poor customer service. I asked if we could just finish and we stuffed it down and left. Won’t be back at this one.

I was a horrible experience. My husband and I went today for the 1st time. We placed our order at 3:25pm by 4:00pm we still had not received our order. While people who ordered after us was getting there order. When I let the employees know that I had not received my order they just told me it was coming and proceeded to help other customers. When they finally called my name for my order it was only partially complete. When I let them know that my order was not complete they just told me someone was making it. I never got my complete order and eventually had to ask for a refund. It was the worst service I have ever had.

I ordered online around 7:10 am. When I arrived 10 minutes later, my smoothie was not ready.
There was only one person working. I am currently in the store typing this and I’m still waiting. I will be late to work.

I came in as a new guest to this cafe I got recommended by one of my friends I was a little nervous but I went and the food was delicious me and my family ate everything we got a chipotle chicken club and a mango magic and it was delicious 30 well spent!!!😁

I went here yesterday to get a smoothie. It smells horrible in there. It's extremely dirty. My smoothie didn't taste fresh at all. Taste like it was made with old fruit. I will never go there again. The owner needs to go in and evaluate. Shut it down for a few weeks and do a deep cleaning. Purchase fresh new products.

I just don’t understand how they always have the worst service. Everyone seems like they just don’t want to be there. So sad ?

UPDATE: please don’t tell us to fill out an experience report, because when we do nothing happens and no one follows up.

I purchased an açaí bowl that was premade and not fresh…the fruit on top was rock solid and I could not eat it right away. I have always had fresh fruit on top at all the other locations.
