The customer service has gone completely down it's like they have taken us for granted waited over a hour for silver ware never got food

I eat here all the time. I've never been disappointed with anything off the menu. From pancakes to tacos to breakfast bowls every meal has been delicious. I love the Southwestern breakfast bowl the most. Its very filling and the prices are so low. You get your monies worth here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A server was beating another employee who looked like a young girl a week or two ago. Then I come again and see her still there!! I find that very unacceptable. Absolutely ridiculous, I would never recommend a place that allows disgusting behavior like that. Do better

The food and the customer service is always great here! I ordered the chicken biscuit to go and it was delicious!

The Atmosphere & DJ was a 10/10 and that was the only thing that was good out of my first experience here. The server was serving a lot of people at once so she wasn’t attentive to what I needed and didn’t check back in with me . She forgot to bring me silverware to eat my food so i’m just sitting there for a full 10 minutes while my food got cold waiting to get something to eat with like who does that ? On top of the food taking a really long time to come out as it is & when my eggs finally came out it had a piece of hair in it which i’m glad I caught before putting it in my mouth & I couldn’t even ask for new eggs because like I said the server wasn’t checking on me to make sure everything was good , I wanted to just leave at that point . The french toast I ordered was bananas & strawberry and they brought out regular french toast that was super dry & the guy who brought the food out said he would be right back to bring the strawberry banana they forgot and NEVER came back lol like where they do that at ? My experience at this point is a 0/10 wouldn’t recommend !! Why not bring it out after saying you would ? Better yet pay attention to the order the first time ! poor customer service at it’s finest ! NEVER AGAIN

Don’t not Eat here at all I came to speak to manager at Conyers Ga location the manger never came . I need exchange my food I ask for chicken and eggs The host didn’t help me at all . This is unacceptable first that got my order wrong . I called called called no answer . This is out or order I give them a Zero.

The vibe was awesome. The Service was amazing Terrell was my server. But unfortunately the ham in the Uncle Benny was so thin it was overcooked I couldn’t eat it. I just took the ham out and ate the rest. The potatoes were seasoned well.
