I came in yesterday and ordered a 10-piece extra crispy chicken, and it was perfect. I returned today and ordered the exact same thing, but this time the chicken was raw. I gave the order back and asked if they could fix it. The cashier took the food, but the cook became upset and refused to remake my order. When I spoke with the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he justified the cook’s behavior and walked away.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning. The customer service was terrible, and the restaurant itself feels outdated.

I purchased 40 chicken wings and a large order of fries. When asked, I requested Blue Cheese and Ranch sauces. When I brought the food home to guests, there were only 2 sauces in the bag, grossly inadequate for 40 wings. I called to complain and the male who answered the phone, heard my complaint. He didn’t offer to rectify or make up for the problem. He actually hung up on me. He sounded like an Asian male. You need to know of the rudeness and poor customer service. I won’t go back again.

The food is amazing! 100/10 honey!!!!! Those wings!!!! 😩🥰🥰 Those nachos with that good behind cheese! 😩🥰🥰 So GOODT! They have the best French fries around here! I only gave them 4 stars bc when I went to get ice, there was mildew on the ice machine and it got on my cup.. Other than that, the food is 100!!!💯

I came in wednesday morning and tried to order me a salad but i don’t normally see the black girl there was a red head white girl and as i was calling the house phone i see that she kept letting it ring then when i approached her she didn’t even acknowledge me. I won’t be going back on wednesday now because obviously her customer service is off. I wanted to get a refund but i didn’t want to cause a big scene.

Came in after a long hard day of work and ordered 5 buffalo tenders and teriyaki rice. After the girl at the register served me nothing but attitude, I got all the way home for them to get my goddamn order wrong anyway. If I wasn’t hungry and in my company van, I would’ve left without my food in the first place.
The cashier was very nice and patient,and it only took like 10 minutes for me and my girlfriend food to come out. The food was delicious as well as the drinks.

This has to be one of the worst wing restaurants ever! For the price compared to quality, I give them two thumbs down. The wings were tiny and overcooked (very dry wings...ugh!). The fried rice and fries were also a very small portion. Everything is just small! I spent around $40 and got $15 worth of food. I recommend other restaurants in the area. I will not be returning here. Fyi, they fit all my wings in one box. I'm very disappointed because I do love wings ?
