Went here on a Sunday for my bday. They were doing karaoke & trivia. Really enjoyed the vibe ! (And the free appetizer coupons I won from trivia 😉) Food was hot & tasty.

It was karaoke night we when, so the vibe was fun. That said, because people were waiting to sing or enjoying others sing, they stayed too long at their tables making other people who had reservations wait for a table. Overall the food was pretty good. We enjoyed the gumbo, Gullah wings, fried oysters, smothered pork chop, and the stuffed flounder was delicious. Hands down the best thing on the menu. However, don't get the seafood pasta! There was no cream in the cream sauce...

Had lunch at Virgil Country Kitchen on a weekday and really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It wasn't crowded, which made for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience. I'd definitely go back!
