I don't know what this place is doing but they're not doing it right. My wife and I showed up and they were busy but they had four seats open at the bar they had two more seats open at the table next to the bar and an empty table that still had to be bused. One of the servers that was working there stood with her back to the counter watching the people cook and not doing anything to allow other customers to sit down. So we got up and left after waiting for about 7/8 minutes and watching there ineptness. It looks like she was the one in charge and that's more than likely why she wasn't doing anything to help get people seated.

The energy and staff were absolutely amazing! I was greeted as soon as I entered the location, and the wait time was short. The food was delicious, and the Waffle House sauce was so good — definitely a standout! Great experience all around!

I have been to many a waffle house. This one is at the bottom of the Heap. The service is horrible had to send the food back cuz they got the order wrong. The waffles were horrible.The waitress was nice enough but she just did not know what was going on.

I’m a frequent visitor at this Waffle House, TERRIBLE customer service specifically by the cook named Nardo, he was slim, about 6ft, dread locks. He was very unprofessional, argued with his teammates and guests and impatient with customers and his teammate who was obviously new and still learning the menu and protocols of Waffle House. Justice was the server, he was obviously new but remained poised. justice was respectful even while Nardo yelled and had 0 patience for his new team member. He was a terrible representation of Waffle House with his poor server etiquette and nasty attitude and behavior. Someone with a lack of respect should not have the privilege of working here.

Arrived around 0330am on 11/23/24. Placed my order and left a cash tip. Because the employee said they will get credit cards tips next week so I gave cash. I was told if I already placed my order i had to wait in my car until they waved at me to come back in to get my food. What's the purpose of having the location open if I have to wait in my car after I order. Will not be visiting this location again. Plus they forget my chocolate chips on my waffle. Manager needs to make a change to that rule. I understand the take out only rule. But come on wait in the car.

It's was fly crawling on my hashbrowns when I took the lid off!!!! A big nasty fly..I threw the entire order away..21.00 down the drain..
