My son and I went here this morning,I'm a regular at this location and have been for almost 2 years, for the first time ever I got up and walked out.the service here this morning was beyond terrible.i waited nearly 40 minutes for food that never came,yes I did say 40 minutes, barley had 1 cup of coffee the entire time I was there. Pretty damn sad Time to look for another restaurant

My daughter an friends just left from there and the servers were ugly to them. They had to go orders and ofcourse mine is wrong !! Allstars come with a waffle and cheese was on my hashbrowns ! Come on people THEN as every restaurant these days people don’t answer their phones! Being a server u must have a good attitude and treat people right if you want a good tip

I love waffle house! We got two all stars with a side of bacon. The grits were top tier, eggs were scrambled to perfection. I would have given it five stars but the waffle was soggy for some reason.

I just left this location I order a omelet southwest asked that my potatoes be well done. Wasn't the case burnt horribly! Also tastes as if it was there was some sort of pills were laced in the food Can't get thebitter burning taste out of my mouth. I'm thinking something must have fell in the food as it was prepared terrible sick as he'll. Never again.

I bought a $9.99 bowl and my total was $15, including a "service fee" and a "take out" charge. Never again.
I worked at this location very temporarily. Certain employees kept quitting back to back recently and I understand why. They have poor management and poor training here and the trainer is a manager wannabe 🙄. The manager obviously doesn't keep their word to employees because if you tell people that they can work on a holiday commitment (contract) free why tell a former employee who voluntarily quit that they can't come back to work whenever they feel like it? 🤔 It's literally for only ONE day and commitment free so the fact that an employee quit should have nothing to do with it. Commitment free means commitment free 🤷🏽♀️. Either keep your word or don't say anything at all.
Also, I still haven't received my paper check that I didn't ask for. If employees signed up for DD and got their previous checks via DD then why give them their final check a paper check? This location needs to work on having better communication and not come off as scammish/a trap house.

Ordered online at 950. It's now 1133 and still not ready . It was supposed to be ready at 1021 . They proceeded to make everyone else's that just came in and did order in store . They also knew I was here but still did not start my online order until I had been sitting there for over 30 min. After sitting there from 1030pm until 1140pm waiting for an online order that was placed at 950 pm the 2 cheesy egg plates had no cheese ,both were supposed to have bacon , NO BACON . SO , I go back inside for them to put cheese on eggs and give me the bacon and the bacon was so burnt it wasn't edible. But I was so done at this point .
