these managers and employees need to be PR trained before they’re allowed on the floor. rude stares and attitudes all through the window, and the food was cold and dry. not worth my money or anyone else’s

The Mrs To You

Wendy’s I’m going to create a new Gmail and yahoo and complain about this location every chance I get until someone from corporate reaches out to me. On this day, 10/20/25 at 6:43pm. I’m asking that consequences for the entire staff that is working FIRED! They are horrible, especially the cooks and the manager. I set a reminder on my phone. I’m going to post how horrible this service is until someone reaches out.

DONT EVER EAT HERE. Not only are the workers trash but the food is worst. Everyone that comes through the drive through or inside should have fresh food.. no exceptions. These managers are worst than the children that work in there. Wendy’s stop hiring folks that don’t care about the public or your brand. Simple. After scrapping up my change literally my food was cold so I sent it back through the window and asked to give me fresh food. The cashier told me to pull up to the door. After sitting there 2 minutes, the cook brought the bag out yall they put the cold fries they gave me back in the grease and brought it to me. They were hard as a rock. It pissed me off so bad I decided to put it on paper instead of lashing out in front of my kid. Because at the end of the day it was her food and I didn’t want her to see me act out. I will be contacting Corporate. Or Wendy herself. The entire staff should be FIRED.! 😤😡

Your family friendly restaurant. Food is always good and fresh here. You definitely get your money worth for dinner. The steak is always great and cooked exactly like you want it.

I ordered a Jr Cheeseburger ONLY mayo & cheese. Why did I get a full Jr Cheeseburger with ketchup, onions & pickles. It’s like the said forget what he said, he gonna get everything besides mayonnaise.

I am beyond frustrated, I shouldn’t have to check my bag if you read my order back to me before I paid for it. This is the WORST Wendy’s I’ve been to.

I paid $23 for my whole meal just for none of it to be correct.. I need a refund or something.

I would rather eat at a gas station than to deal with the simpletons this restaurant calls a staff. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they then proceeded to argue with me at the Window as if this isn’t a professional establishment. When I asked for my money back it took them 5 minutes and 3 different attempts before they just ended up giving me cash. Who’s in charge of the staffing? The training and development? YIKES

We were not given one of our 5 meal orders after having to wait at the curb 7-8 minutes for the orders. Once reaching home 5 minutes later I found the mistake along with cold fries & a noticeably cold burger. When I returned with my receipt and the cold burger intact, the Manager Tariq was very oppositional to helping the situation. In fact his sassy attitude made it much worse than it should’ve been. He said he had “already given a refund today and wouldn’t do another one.” His only advice was first to “come back tomorrow to talk to the store manager” then he changed to telling me there’s nothing that can be done as he’d already given a refund today. I asked for the number to corporate office and his store number. He wrote down #57 on a receipt and said scan the bar code for the phone number. The store is in Conyers Ga Dogwood Dr and this occurred Sunday 12/8/24 evening approximately 10:00 pm.
Once scanning the QR code I found no phone number only a satisfaction survey. The survey would not accept my input so I don’t believe the store number is correct.

Our lunch today was far below Wendy's usual. Our fries were cold and soggy like they were cooked hours before. My husband's chicken sandwich was hard and crunchy ...not soft and juicy as it should be. The person that took our order was pleasant. This establishment is not worthy of a return visit. 😔

November 20, 2024 I had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location today. The person taking my order was extremely rude and impatient, rushing me as I tried to decide. When I arrived at the window, he dismissively told me to pull my car up. Instead of bringing the food out like most places would, he shouted “hello” from the window and instructed me to back up the car.

When I returned to the window, I asked if everything was okay because his tone and behavior were aggressive. He unapologetically told me, “I talk like this, and I’m always aggressive.” This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, he was wearing a blue shirt, so it was clear he was a team member (or possibly in a leadership role). Wendy’s should really look into retraining their staff or reconsidering who represents their brand. This experience left a very negative impression, and I’m hesitant to return.

The woman with the braids at the second drive thru window has a NASTY ATTITUDE!!! She is EXTREMELY Rude and should NOT be customer facing. The gentleman that took our order was Pleasant, as was the gentleman that took our payment at the first window.
