Crystal took our order today and brought some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She was smiling and lively and made it feel like home! Keep up the great work!

This place has been awful for years but literally can’t stand the service the most.
I rarely complain about places but this was just bad 😂 I rolled through and waited as literally only the second person in line? Nobody looked to have been in the drive thru for a while before me and the person in front of me pulled in together, they took their order and then I proceeded to wait after pulling up way too long to get my order taken, but it was night crew so I wasn’t too unhappy with that, but when I pulled up to the window, I had to wait to even pay and one girl was just nose deep in her phone leaning against the counter and two other guys just standing around with her, while the other girl proceeded to be the only one doing her job and serving me and letting me pay, when I got home I was hoping to try the new tenders but when I opened the 3 piece box I was met with 2 overly crispy tenders and a crunchy little ball of crust as the “third piece” can’t make this up, I literally avoid this place like the plague because of stuff like this 🤣 but this was the worst I’ve ever seen.

Purchased 2 sour cream and Chives baked potatoes 🤬 Did not look at them until I got home 🤬🤬 The potatoes fit in the palm of my hand and covered in chives...see picture

Construction ongoing in the parking lot which could limit amount of parking but not an issue on our visit since we went through drive thru. Attendant had lackluster enthusiasm but the person could've had a long day. Ordered two biggie bag specials. Food was hot and tasted fresh so overall experience was satisfactory.

Horrible. The only pleasant thing was the smile from the older lady working in the back. I didn't even get my order.
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your drive-thru. As I approached the first window, I was asked to confirm my order and then proceeded to provide my card for payment. However, when I reached the second window, I was asked if I had already paid. I explained that I had paid at the first window, but the same employee who took my card insisted that I had not.
This situation was both confusing and frustrating, and it raises concerns about how transactions are being managed at this location. I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure this type of experience does not happen to other customers.

Went back today. I can't make this up. The wrapper says no mayo no cheese and it's still on there and they didn't even give me all my order.
Be careful serving the breakfast sandwich to your children. I took two bites and I've been spitting out egg shells with every bite. Took the food back and they said they dont know why I'm spitting eggshells. If it's not egg shells then what do yall have in my food?!

why are the staff always so rude at this location. I went there today sometime after 4 . It seems it's the manager base on her shirt . I asked for another sweet and sour sauce she said 25 cents more I told her I did not have a quarter and she shut the window on me. I recommend customer service training especially for the Conyers Wendy's.
FOOD WAS COLD ON DOORDASH AND THEY ARE RIGHT UP THE STREET BREAD HARD ON MY SANDWICH THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND THEY FORGOT MY DRINK!

This place might as well go out of business, because they never have anything! Never any bbq sauce / never have any potatoes. I have no idea why or how they are still open and operating. This location literally never has anything available that’s on the menu.
