I placed an unusual order of 8 large patties with cheese, I've been to several Wendy's with that same order and even though that location had never had an order like that before they did everything they could to ensure I was happy. They asked if it was ok before I left. They showed they cared about the customer satisfaction.

I literally asked the guy what comes on the burger he said cheese and ketchup..... My son opens the sandwich up the road and it's pickles and onions on it too. Why lie??? Now that's$3 down the drain because we were traveling and I wasn't turning around.

Ordered a simple 2 BBQ chicken nuggets and one buffalo. By the time I got home and found all three were BBQ it was too much trouble to go back. They can't get a simple order correct.
