Wendy's like so many others across the US provides a fast food meal of hamburgers and french fry meals. The occasional salad and potatoes treats.

2340 Salem Rd conyers, GA. We came to the drive through at 11:45pm. The guy told us to wait. As we sat in the drive thru realized that their food truck came.. We sat and sat and sat then realized they was closing down, but per their store operations they aren’t supposed to close until 12 am. We drove around to the 2nd window asking for a manager, so random boy not in uniform came to the drive thru window. The workers knocked my husbands phone out his hand while he was trying to record the entire situation standing at the back door asking for a manager. We both ask for the manager the manager was never notified but never came to rectify the situation! Currently they are still in the store cooking food for themselves they even have people who don’t work in the establishment behind the counter fixing food no gloves , no hairnets, The cops had to be called. The manager still have yet to address us and the problem with their workers. Poor management skills, problem solving skills, common courtesy, respect, customer service skills. We still wasn’t compensated for our time wasted. My perception there was absolutely no shift leader, manager, general manager on staff, so a bunch of children was left unattended the whole night shift. Whomever the owner is needs to rethink who his management staff is from the head on down to the shirt leaders are!! When you have the rite management stage then you are able to have the right crew members and the rest of the staff all the way down to janitorial staff!! The store needs to be shutdown everybody needs to be fired then rehire retrain, recertify the entire night staff!
It's a Wendy's just like the others. Food is usually consistent but nothing to write home about. Enjoy it as much as you can. Be positive and quite possibly you can taste a 4 star. If not, do not be disappointed as it is still just a Wendy's. BTW Wendy's, where is the beef? Stop skimping!

The newest manager, HYVEN (or something along those lines) is very unprofessional!
It’s almost 12AM, and I came to grab something really swiftly… I was charged for food I didn’t receive, and I don’t blame the drive thru associates at all, besides, they’re trusting their team. But THE MANAGER , when I called, hung up in my face. Very unprofessional. I didn’t curse, nor did I call her out of her name. I returned to the restaurant because I don’t stay far at all. &I just wanted my order corrected, because the food was COLD, and it was NOT what was asked of me.
Again, the young man who was at the window, and the young lady at the drive through was VERY pleasant! They caused no issues at all and their customer service was immaculate! Her on thee other hand, a very sad case. Your managers are the leading example of what your employees represent. And that, IS NOT a good example to lead by in any way shape NOR FORM!

Waited to order at the drive-through, and nobody came on. I said hello, politely several times and nobody. I saw they were still open, so I decided to pull up to the window and make sure they knew that I was there and place my order. Unfortunately, I was told I had to pull around again. They could not take my order at the window. I said but I waited and nobody came. The young kady said I promise you we will answer this time. This confirms that the three people in the drive-through window heard me and decided to ignore. Since I was very hungry, I decided to pull around but now saw a line of 6 cars, so I left. And yes, they were taking orders. The same thing happened to me at another establishment, but when I pulled up to the window, the young lady was very apologetic and took my order right there. I also want to add that it took them over 10 minutes to complete service with the car in front of me. So between that and my wait, it was a total of 18 minutes wasted! No order.

Customer service is always a challenge at this facility. The staff is very young and does not greet or say thank you. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Mgr needs to train on common courtesy. The food is usually cooked well and the order is complete.

had a huge $50 order, waited 34 minutes for all the food to be cold, dry, & unseasoned. this wendy’s has gone downhill & the managers should do better at caring for customers & their employees customer service. it’s terrible.
