Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

I entered to look at menu and saw a limited time offer of a bacon wrangler. Inside was clean with plenty tables and greeted by female employeee. Got back in car with my trusted dog Tank to taste burger. I order meal with antedated squark box. There is a wait, so if you want it steaming hot, not under heating lamp Do not complain. I only saw meals prices, hence fries and root beer. I was asked for condiments which was nice but declined. Fries tasted like potatoes and not obnoxious oil taste. The burger was big and delicious. Tank ate one patty and I had other. Fully saturated with a smile. Price seems high but I am old and do not like inflation.

Food was good. I got an order of onion rings. The staff was nice, diligent, and friendly. The onion rings seemed to be beer battered, came out hot and were made to order.

I stopped by here on my way back from my Mamagram Appointment. Had lunch (#2) Ms. Peggy was so pleasant, Ms. Peggy has waited on me with my Doordash order a couple months back, and she was the same pleasant Lady Patient with awesome customer service.
Whataburger please give Ms. Peggy (Employee of the year). She has more spunk then the younger ones. I ordered Onion rings instead of fries Ms. Peggy made sure they were hot and they were. Thank you Ms. Peggy You Rock. Ms.pinky
I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeño ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.

Ever since they’ve sold out it hasn’t been the same. Food quality is horrible, customer service has went down, cleanliness of establishments (at least in Magnolia TX) has gone down.

I gave the newness a few weeks to wear off and went mid afternoon with a friend. we both ordered a burger combo. not many customers inside but they had a lot of drive through people waiting. after a substantial wait my order arrived. the burger was quite good but fries were cold and tasted old. my friend had to check twice before his came and when a server walked by I mentioned the fries. she agreed to get more but I watched as she went about other duties. when my friends food finally arrived I told server I was waiting on fries. a manager came and said fries would be ready in 90 seconds. ten minutes later we were ready to leave and I mentioned the fries to the manager who said she had told an employee to take to me. again she apologized and offered me an apple pie. the lunch was a hectic mess and we didn't visit or talk as we were checking on missing food

Not that good! The hamburger patty is so thin you can see through! Can hardly taste the beef. I had bacon on mine. It was more like a blt. You want a good burger for less money go to Chili’s or David burger.
