WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! someone literally took my order over the phone just for me to get there and someone who can’t even speak english answers the door and just says sorry and locks the door in my face….i couldn’t get my food or anything!!! highly disappointed this was one of my regular spots now not sure if i’ll return after this encounter

Honest review, my first time eating here the food literally tastes like heaven. I ordered lemon pepper tenders with fried rice and it was TO DIE FOR. Also the lady at the front counter was so sweet, don’t sleep on this place.
Wings House: The food I received was disappointing. The French fries were cold and extremely hard, almost like bricks, and the wings were tiny and not worth the price I paid. I called the store to address the issue and was asked to return the fries, which was highly inconvenient, but I complied. When I requested to speak with a manager about the fries and wings, no one was available to address my concerns—they claimed they were too busy. The server replaced the fries but not the wings. Additionally, the manager made no effort to offer any discount or compensation for the inconvenience or the poor service.
The lounge/waiting area was in poor condition, with paper scattered across the floor and a generally unclean environment. It’s disheartening to see such disregard, especially given that the customer base is predominantly Black. It feels as though they don’t prioritize treating us with the respect and quality service we deserve.
