The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food came out quickly, and had everything we had ordered. The store was clean I was able to sit down and enjoy my food.
Don’t come hear, there are so many other place to go to in Conyers that’s have better wings at a better price, the people working here are some of the most slowest ghettest people I’ve seen in the area, they are blasting trap music in the back, with there hoods on, the app said my food would of been ready 10 minutes ago and there saying it’s going to be another 50 minutes, I understand they are busy, but then have the app actually reflect those times

Worse Place, Customer Service worse experience ever. Workers have a SERIOUS BAD ATTITUDE!!! I excused their attitude my first visit. So I though I would give them another chance 3 weeks later, nah same bad attitude, cashier is the Worse! I will Never visit this place again I will find another place to dine out. The whole staff Really Needs Training especially on CUSTOMER SERVICE, If you can put up with attitudes then this is the place for you, I feel if I come into a place with a good attitude I she receive that in return. Please Supervisor your staff needs training.
Gave me an order of chicken that was spicy by mistake and I cannot easy spicy food. Had yet to refund me or receive a call from the GM as promised after several calls. One lady manager was very rude to both me and my daughter when we came in for said refund. Customer service is horrible and the cost is too high to be given the wrong food and nobody care to refund for their mistake.

I visited wing stop yesterday on the 8th an it’s been a minute since I had experienced a good experience with customer service a young lady with orange or red hair took me an my family’s order an she was just so nice an welcoming I don’t recall her name but she an the other workers were on point the food was fresh an out in a good timely manner, I have no complaints service was good food was good an also the store was clean I will be coming back there for sure this was my first time trying wingstop an I was just great !
Overrated and overpriced:
I spent almost $30 on my food.. I ordered a 15 lemon pepper classic wings, fries and 2 drinks. Wings were extremely salty and the fires were awful. This was my first visit to Wing Stop and II will not patronize this establishment again.

Very respectful workers, the man up front was very polite and listened to everything I asked for my food. Came out in a timely manner, wings were cooked perfectly, and the fries were seasoned just right for my liking. Would recommend this place to my friends and family!
My food is always cooked very well, and the people inside are really nice. When I ask for well done they are actually well done which I appreciate.
