We used to order from here often. Food has always been seasoned well, just chicken wings often overcooked. This time the wings were so hard they were not edible! Called to politely let them know, the cook is overcooking the wings.
Was told to drive back to the store so they could see them.
Guess they get scammed a lot.

Normally, when I order from this restaurant, the food is good but today was horrible the chicken was old like they just re-dropped old chicken. My order was incorrect and I didn’t receive some items. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again, which is sad because they were my go to for wings in this area That is no longer

Customer service was mediocre but can be better. Attitudes were nonchalant. The cashiers are not familiar with WNB loyalty rewards & need to be aware of service & products. The best factor about this location is that they have a 100% health inspection score. I probably will not return to this location.

Being Next to a hospital, I'm sure they know employees will order food. We don't have time for incorrect orders.
We ordered 3 different orders and neither one came fully correct.

Will definitely not Patronize this location again and don't suggest any working employees of the local hospital to Patronize this location either.

Honey ? garlic ? wings were wonderful ?....health food score 100 .....fresh hot food with plenty of flavor and great customer service definitely a 10/10

Unfortunately, I am writing this with extreme disappointment in the service I received last week. I placed and paid for my order 2 days prior to my event. I let the employee know when I expected my order to be ready. On the day of my event not only was my order not ready; I had to wait which delayed the start of event. There was no sense of urgency to resolve this issue. When I asked why wasn’t my order ready? Their only reply was ”We just got really busy”. My paid receipt was on the wall near the pickup orders which clearly read my pickup time. No manager or manager on duty apologized for this inconvenience. Please contact me regarding how this incident can be handled/addressed.

Chahee Kang emailed me and asked me to inform them on which location was the incident. That same day I emailed Chahee Kang my receipt with all the details.
On October 14, 2024
I sent another email inquiring about receiving no response/reply from my previous email.
Today is October 24, 2024 and STILL NO RESPONSE .

Great food and service for a good price.
