Demi was my cashier she greeted me soon as she saw me with a smile , she had great customer service & so nice . The manager is always upfront and hands on & smiling she always making sure the customers are satisfied too . (Oh so I believe she’s the manager)

This is by far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get to the window and was met with most disgusting customer service. The staff moved like they hated their jobs and didn’t care at all. The guy making shakes on 12/20 night shift. Heavy set dude with I believe a low haircut caught an attitude just because I asked for sauce— put his head down when I Signaled him and turned around like I wasn’t there, straight rude. Completely unacceptable for customer service. I hate that they even got my money since I was stuck in line and couldn’t leave. Do better, Zaxby’s. I will be spreading the word about this zaxbys cause with a customer service like that it deserves no business!!

Over 25 minutes in the drive thru line at 5:45 on 12/6. And then they couldn’t locate an online order. First order they gave me was the wrong one. Won’t be back.

This used to be the best zaxby’s around. After the remodel not so much. Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes

I'm a regular at this location. However, tonight is the first time I have received exceptional service. Miss Caitlin truly knows what customer service is and you can clearly see that she loves her job and what she does. She is definitely an asset to the Zaxby's team and should be considered for a management position. Keep up the great job Miss Caitlin.
If I could rate service more than 5 stars I would!!! Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. We placed a mobile order and the drive thru line was wrapped when we arrived (not to mention the bus of people they were serving inside). So I knew it would be a wait, which was fine, expected even. They were out of milkshakes and Kaitlyn gave us cookies to make it right! And she walked our food out to us so we wouldn't have to wait given the inconvenience. I have never experienced a more wholesome exchange at this location! Thanks again!

Did drive-thru, ordered double coleslaw on chicken finger plate, when I got home and opened container there was double fries 😔 Next time I will check before I drive off.

i went there yesterday with a mobile order and we went through drive thru. we get there and say we have a mobile order, they say “ok”. and then afterwards we sit in the drive thru for 45+ minutes. finally we get to the window and they act surprise to hear about a mobile order so they tell us to pull over. so we pull over and wait 30 minutes just sitting there. they finally bring us our cold chicken tenders and fried pickles (yay…) and forget the birthday milkshakes we got. so then they take another 10 minutes to bring the milkshakes which are vanilla and not birthday (which is fine ig, we just want to go home at this point) so we ask if we can get a refund and the lady walks off to ask the manager and then she comes back and says the refund should be issued to us soon. i haven’t received the refund yet so i call corporate and they put in a ticket for someone else to call me and that was like 7 hours ago. sooo i guess zaxbys is just a huge waiting game. also, the entire inside of the store was completely empty the entire time.

Line has become drastically longer.. Inside or outside I've waited almost an hr both times for my significant others food. I do appreciate that it's fresh, I just think maybe more could be dropped if their aware they have a very long line. The two lanes has only helped how much it's wrapped around but doesn't actually change how quickly things happen. I can understand up to 15-20 mins but 45+ is a lot to wait in line. Prices are a little pricey for certain things as well.

The wings at this location are usually very good. Service is equally good. Before the renovation, I always enjoyed seeing the unique signs and other wall covering. Now, it's completely different. The place has lost its unique personality as a quirky restaurant. Now, it's just .... Bland. Very disappointing.

This is getting ridiculous. Both of my nibbler meals barely have any fries inside of it. I purchased these items for my children, even though their kids this is not a kids meal both containers look like this. What am I paying for honestly??? The moral at the counter is very poor. This will be the last time eating at this store. The orders keep getting messed up or half way thrown together.

Love the renovations but that’s all it is. Outside upgrade, nothing has gotten better about their new drive thru system. The drive thru expansion seems pointless because you spend longer in line now. The system in place is chaotic. I’ve been a customer at this location over a 5 year span and tonight was my worst experience. I may not return just based off the customer service and experience. Management allowed a car to sit in the line for over 10 minutes, exchanging food, correcting their order, etc. Proper fast food/ drive thru etiquette is to pull a car. I got my food but the time we sat there made our meal warm which means when we get home it’s not hot. Very disappointed. Food was 6/10.
I love the renovation, I’ll extend grace for the wait time since it’s new for them. My food was fresh and the lady at the window was sweet. I forgot about the wait lol. Good luck!
