I love the renovation, I’ll extend grace for the wait time since it’s new for them. My food was fresh and the lady at the window was sweet. I forgot about the wait lol. Good luck!

I was greeted by every member of the team. Every seat was ready to be sat in. Food came out before i was finished washing my hands. This store has come a long way.

I used all my points for a free meal, got there before they finished cooking it & left because of an emergency & I could not return to grab it. I informed them I had to run because something came up.

I would like to discuss with a supervisor or something.

Drive thru is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! I’ve been here for 15 mins & just now made it by the menu/speaker to order. The line barely moves & when it does, it moves up 1 vehicle about every 5 to 7 mins! This place does not know the meaning of fast food & definitely needs a lot of help with employees & customer service!! I will NEVER come back to this Zaxbys ever again!!!

I'm just waiting her as a door dasher but this wait is ridiculous. There have been 3-4 people just feud up and walked out. I'm not sure if it's the workers, the equipment but this wait is crazy

The new renovation at Zaxby’s is cool and all EXCEPT FOR WHEN YOUR GIVING YOUR WARM FOOD AND THE CAR IN FRONT IS WAITING AT THE WINDOW FOREVER AND NO ONE IS TELLING THE RUDE LADY TO MIVE TO THE DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT SO WE COULD CLEARLY PASS. The lady seen we had gotten our food and I was trying to waive to her but she didn’t a give a ____ yeah she was talking smack for what ? And your kids in the car. So my son’s food is cold and she gets hers and takes her sweet time to get moving. ZAXBYS YOU NEED TO OUT UP SIGNS , maybe flashing lights for Ursela acting and liking ppl. Or have you employees move them to the correct spot so customers aren’t getting into a dispute . PLUS ANSWER YOUR PHONE 📞 CAUSE I WAS CALLING BACK TO BACK . We waited 10 mins after we got our food his new system is broken FIX IT PLEASE

Drive thru is always long because people love the food. The chicken quesadilla is pretty tasty, even though the food isn't as tasty as it use to be it's still a popular spot

You guys just need to check out how Chick fila is so efficient and effective with their ability to speed you through the drive thru. It is suppose to be FAST FOOD
the reason for going through the drive thru.

The light-skinned girl with red hair at the delivery window was extremely rude

I hate to have to take time out to write this review but I'm pissed. Just left this location spent over $65 asked the young lady at the window if she put all our sauce in the bag she said yes. Its so dark around there so I didn't stop and check myself like I usually do. Get home no sauce at all and I got a salad. I don't live right down the street so going back was not an option at 10p.m. at night. Pissed
