Ordered on the app was given av time that order would be ready it wasn't. It took over 20 minutes pass that time . The chicken on the salad was burnt and the toppings were scarce. Wasn't edible.

Placed mobile order when I got there. Everything was fine. Got to pick up window the girl at the window asked me what was my order she left. A few minutes later she asked me was something wrong. Um yeah I didnt get my food. Seems like it was young kids working and not really paying attention when I got home I was highly disappointed I order Cobb salad and there was no eggs. I could have order a regular one if I didnt want eggs and my 2nd order came with no dressing needless to say I wasn't driving back after being home settled already. May try the other one across town

This food was cold. I ordered the new chicken philly and the fries were cold and hard and all over my sandwich. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out so I figured they were making it to order. I had a friend that worked there and I feel like these kids were being very disrespectful with giving me food like this to be funny. Nothing was good. It was too many people there for this to be the service.

I come to this location all the time and have never had any issues… Not sure if the older white lady taking the drive thru orders was having a bad day but she surely took it out on me. I placed 2 mobile orders for drive thru pick up.. I was told one of my orders were ready but for the other I would have to come inside? If I was able to come inside I would have placed an in-store order…. There were abt 2 cars in the drive thru and not many cars parked (not many people inside) but she said there were 10 orders ahead of mine? Huh? Once i received my 1st order, I was then instructed to pull up and wait for them to bring my order out to my car. I waited for 30 minutes. I watched cars come in & out the drive thru as well as people go in & out the building yet no worker brought my order so I called and asked what the issue was. After being hung up on twice someone finally answered and let me know they would be out shortly. The lady that came outside (same at the drive thru) had an atrocious attitude and STILL would not give me my order! Instead she took it back inside and to send a different employee out with the same order however, this time it looked as my drinks were not filled up all the way and there was watery liquid in the bag. After waiting so long I had no desire to keep going back and forth over food that I rightfully paid for. Not to be that person but I never had this issue with the black and brown employees that worked here. I wish they were the ones to serve me today. I am scared to eat my food because I feel it may have been tampered with. I won’t ever be back to this location and if I do come back lady you better hope you aren’t there. Count your days.

I placed both a mobile order & an order at the drive thru speaker. I placed the mobile order before placing the order at the drive thru speaker. The rude woman on the speaker said I had to wait to receive the mobile order because there were 10 orders ahead of me but the order I placed at the speaker was ready. Makes absolutely no sense especially since both orders were the exact same thing. There are no other cars in the drive thru line and only 2 other people inside but I was told I had to wait to receive my online order which was placed prior to my drive thru order. My order was placed at 2:22 it is currently 2:43, no additional cars have entered the drive thru and I have still not received my mobile order. Terrible service. Rude employees.

Best Zaxby's I've been to personally in a while,workers were very friendly and fast service.manager was polite and they seem like a great team not sure if I got lucky and came at the right time but I definitely enjoyed that experience.

If I could make a post without a review I would. I just paid $33.00 for a family meal and got home and it was 4 tenders and about 1/2 order of fries. After working 14 hours today not dealing with driving back up there and fighting with the incompetent staff because there’s no manager. Never again. CarlaJBrantley

The door and online say they open at 10:30AM. There are people inside but the door is locked and no one is answering the drive through at 11:20
