Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Charged for extra sauce and given two small containers. Told employee 3 times. This is for a 20 piece family meal.

I got stuck ordering behind an employee ordering her meal. They were laughing and throwing things at each other. They did this for about 10 minutes before they acknowledged the line of customers.

My son and I stopped through the drive thru at this Zaxby’s around 9:00 PM tonight. My son ordered a Signature Sandwich meal with an order of fries and medium Dr. Pepper. He also added an order of Fried Pickles to his order. I then added an order of Veggie Egg Rolls to the same order. We parked and waited for six minutes for the order to be cooked to order and brought to our car. The ordered was delivered to our car promptly and we headed home.

When I arrived home and opened my Egg Rolls I discovered that they were burned on the outside and very dry. I turned one of them over and discovered that it actually had a black burn spot on it 😮. This is totally unacceptable! I hardly ever write a review but I think that you all need to know about this and this issue should be addressed with the employees cooking and packaging the food at 9:00 PM on Sunday, August 10th. I deserve an apology; otherwise, I will not be patronizing this location in the future.

I come specifically to this Zaxbys every Friday evening. They are the sweetest, hardest working and polite crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. The manager ( I think Jennifer is her name), and Destiny always go above and beyond in their customer service. It’s really rare to see this kind of work ethic in fast food anymore. Really love this store. 🩵

Went in since the drive through line had 7-8 cars sitting. As I pulled around I see a car sitting at the drive through speaker and ONLY 1 car at the drive thru window. Definitely not a good sign, I know this game, intentionally holding up the drive thru line, but I went in, anyway. Regret. You could feel the bad energy when you walked through the door. Not one person greeted anybody walking in the door, tall guy with a long straight blue wig on, handed a guy his food right past my face too damn close to not say excuse me. This really pissed me off. Couldn't shake that or the fact me and 2 other customers stood there waiting and waiting to order yet still no greeting, no Ill be with you in a moment. NOTHING. NO thank you. NEVER again.

Whoever BREN BRAN BRAND is…the manager that was on duty at 2:30 on the 2nd of August was so loud and wrong with her rudeness I had to share !!! Everytime I go to the location on SIGMAN the damn toast is burnt !! When I complained I could hear the manager in the kitchen say “ tell her she has to ask for LIGHT TOAST this is how the toast is made!!
Mrs Bren Brin Bran Brand whatever the hell your name is ima hold your hand with a napkin when I say TURN THAT DAMN GRILL DOWN OR LESSEN THE COOK TIME!!!! In my 4 months of workin at a Zaxby’s I learned they take pride in thier toast because it’s considered a main attraction WHY IS THIS CRAZY MANAGER SELLING IT BURNT AND TELLING PPL ITS SUPPOSED TO BE!!!!!!!! The ZAXBYS on the other side of Conyers closer to me the one that’s being remodeled WOULD NEVER!!!!! If that’s yall sister store hurry up and get them back running so they can train SIGMAN location for the better…or better yet I’ll come in train and won’t leave until y’all get it right …I’m not looking for a 9-5. But I don’t wanna keep letting this location play in my face while I wait on the better one to reopen

Cooktime: 45seconds on each side grill must be set between 400-450 …. Lower it if it’s off/messed up take the bread off sooner before it gets dark …it was the easiest part of the job no reason for burnt toast

Ordered through the drive through last night and was asked to pull around to the front door to wait on food, I was fine with that as I knew it needed to be cooked. Food was never brought out. I went inside to ask about my food, and it was tossed on the counter just sitting there. No one attempting to bring it to the car like they stated they would. Food is good, customer service, not so much....

Zaxbys on sigman road is very neat & fast ! I was supposed to do this earlier this week but unfortunately i had other things to do . But i would love to give a huge thanks to Imani C . If that’s how you spell her name , she was very sweet and polite . Very kind brought our food out to me & my husband and i would just like to say i will be back because of her ❤️❤️

Went here to get 5 kids meals pull up at the windows and the girl is handling the broom then turns around handling the food box. I told her that was unsanitary and all the employees caught an attitude manager included and didn't want to remake the order and was entirely rude. I would never go here again. Unsanitary and disrespectful. Don't eat here they are nasty.
