My husband and I stoped here on our way home. The young lady that started our order was also running the headset upon placing our order he had a hard time hearing us or understanding in the middle of our order she traded places with another girl that completed our order our order was not read back to us or confirmed so assuming the workers did there job and got our order so we payed upon receiving our order I saw that I was missing a slider I went back to the counter and informed them and as soon as I said I’m missing a slider I must have heard atleast 3 employees mutter she only ordered 2 instead of one person informing me that the cashier only put in for two when I placed an order for 3! I felt belittled like I was trying to steel a slider lol I’m happy to pay for what I order maybe a lot more time training employees the rite was would better serve the restaurant

The cashier at this Arby’s location was extremely rude, making the experience unpleasant. If you don’t like your job, it’s better to leave than to treat customers poorly. Good customer service is essential, and this kind of behavior reflects badly on the brand. Very disappointing.

Fries are always burnt, they mess up something on every order. Most employees are rude and do not know the menu so they make sandwiches incorrectly. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

The staff was incredibly rude, they attempted to charge my card twice, then sold me a menu item that they knew they were out of and substituted a different item without asking if it was ok.
