I ordered a Arby's super roast beef and it was cold and they mixed the roast beef meat and the steak meat. It was not good at all.

Usually the reason I go to Arby's is the food is fresh this location everything was old and cold guess I cross arbys off my list very sad chicken was so dry I couldn't swallow had Togo to McDonald's and get a burger

Got charged $18 for a meal that was supposed to total up to $12 and some change. Then ended up not liking the sandwich. It was made very sloppy. Sauce all on the inside that was oozing onto the outside. Meat was obviously old and looked rotten in some spots. I did NOT finish the food. And the drink (lemonade) tastes like their water pipes need a good deep clean or filter system.
Order was completely wrong milk shake watery,went again today 4/30/2025 I ordered chicken sandwich curly fries chocolate shake ,she put a piece chicken that was already cooked how long it was sitting there i don't know , in the fryer she gave me my order when I drove 20 miles home went to eat the sandwich it was burned and tough and looked really old when. I cut it in half ,14 dollars for meal at 10.:15 at night and couldn't eat the sandwich at all ,Ty Jenell Woodard
