“Stopped on our way through from Florida to Wisconsin and we just found the best bbq joint ever! Everything was fantastic. The ribs fell off the bone. The brisket was amazing. Fried pickles as a side? Perfection!!! The fried pie was out of this world. We will be back next year.”

“This is one of our favorite places for a date night! The food is impeccable, and the service makes you feel like they want you there. I always get the Parmesan crusted grouper, and my husband loves their fried shrimp. You have to try their peanut butter pie for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant! “We happened to be staying in Cordele on our way to spring break. The family wanted Mexican and a random Google search brought up several options. We settled on Ponchos, even though it was a little bit further away than the others. That was the best decision we could have made! The staff was kind and incredibly hard working. And the atmosphere was so fun. You can tell this restaurant is loved by the locals and rightfully so. The food was so good! Everyone in the family found something they loved. Even my picky eater was happy because he could get a burger, fries, and one taco. We will definitely remember Ponchos if we happen to be coming through this area again.”

“I sat barside and ordered dinner. The grilled chicken had amazing flavor, custom order as you want with sautéed spinach, onions and mushrooms or not. The okra was nice & crispy but the juices from the chicken ran in the okra making it soggy fast. Okra should've been served separately! I travel this route alot, I'll be back. ? Can't not mention the genuine kindness & great service from our bartender! Great experience ?”

“All Cordele businesses should use Slammin Sami's for their next meeting or training! We ordered sandwiches, chips, and blondies for 20 people, and we could not have been happier. Our order was ready early, the staff is so kind and easy to work with, and they had everything so nicely packaged.All of their sandwiches can be made as salads for anyone who is gluten-sensitive (just ask for no croutons).
