“You wouldn't know this is a great place to sit down and get lunch and dinner unless you knew it was there. The food is fresh and good. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. There's a little convenience shop (tienda) up front which is great for grabbing a treat on the way out. I think it's a family that runs the place. It's lovely, local, and quaint.”

“Possibly the best subway I've ever been to. My sandwich looked like it was going to be used to shoot a subway commercial. The ingredients were so fresh. They hardly even looked real (but they were). I got a foot-long ham and cheese, and I couldn't have spaced the ham, more evenly across the sandwich with a ruler and 20 minutes of intense concentration. My sandwich artist, which I believe is one of the new managers, did not mess around with trying to skimp out on toppings. Everything I asked for I got, and then some. But just the perfect amount of each topping, not in disgusting excess like at some careless subways. My sandwich truly was a piece of art and I knew before even taking a massive bite into it that I was going to download the Yelp app just to leave a five star review. After eating the sub in its entirety, I can confirm this is truly a five star subway. Aside from the delicious fresh ingredients and expert sandwich craftsmanship, the store was very clean. The managers were friendly and greeted me with a smile. This place rocks and definitely deserves recognition. Sign on the window said new management. I was just passing through so I cannot confirm how new this management is or how the previous management was. All I can say is that if you haven't been under the current management and had a bad sandwich at this location before you need to go back and give it another chance. Ambience is great too. Very cute looking subway. Classic interior that you think of when you think of a subway.”

“We happened to be staying in Cordele on our way to spring break. The family wanted Mexican and a random Google search brought up several options. We settled on Ponchos, even though it was a little bit further away than the others. That was the best decision we could have made! The staff was kind and incredibly hard working. And the atmosphere was so fun. You can tell this restaurant is loved by the locals and rightfully so. The food was so good! Everyone in the family found something they loved. Even my picky eater was happy because he could get a burger, fries, and one taco. We will definitely remember Ponchos if we happen to be coming through this area again.”

“I sat barside and ordered dinner. The grilled chicken had amazing flavor, custom order as you want with sautéed spinach, onions and mushrooms or not. The okra was nice & crispy but the juices from the chicken ran in the okra making it soggy fast. Okra should've been served separately! I travel this route alot, I'll be back. ? “Stopped here tonight on a Saturday at 7:30pm with a large group and was closed. Google profile showing open Saturday 12PM- 11PM. Website shows Saturday hours 12PM til 1am. Update; Came to the resort for father's day weekend. The place was open with live entertainment. Bartender Cassidy was absolutely the best!!! FYI; Being from Wisconsin, we know our bartenders! Had a great time and the food was quick and good for the prices.”
