Only one employee was nice friendly and helpful I think her name was Brenda. The other employees were belittling her and being very rude and obnoxious and very mean. She however was refreshing and didn't deserve the way they were treating her.
3-8-24 I'm not eating fast food as I use to. Things have changed. Arby's food is still top rated. But $30 for two people is steep. Two reg roast beef meals sandwiches, 2 jalapeno poppers. I guess we can thank pres for raising minimum wage. All the fast food chains are the same so I'm going to give Arby's my big thumbs up.
Excellent service from several employees I spoke to. They were polite, helpful and kind. They seemed HAPPY to work there. That's the impression I got. Our food was so good. Soft buns, hot pies. Thank you for the excellent service and yummy food!
