The single handedly ruined the Bojangles experience. The chicken and fries were extremely hard. I had the cook my food fresh and it was like this was old chicken dropped back into the grease. They remade the food buy it was horrible

The food was good. The lady who took my order was NOT friendly and seemed to resent me. One sandwich we orderd.was.not in our bag, and I did not get ranch sause, which I specifically ordered. It took much longer than anywhere else, and we had been driving for 10 hours with much to eat.

time of visit 3:55PM to 4:00PM Sunday October 6th I visited along with my familly and as any other traveler, we was hungry, we went forward to order but the lady was SO UN-willing/not happy/annoyed to take our order, ain't never been treated like this before.. and people were walking away from the stablishment due to the same reason please talk to your staff if they are not willing to work or perhaps are not getting enough $$ because a LOT of people where walking away.. like I did I had to take my business some place else.. sorry...

I have been at bojangle multiple times but this was my first vist at this location. The customer service was horrendous. They didn’t make my order as placed and even missed bunch of stuff to my order. The employees were obviously rude and when asked for my missing items made strange, janky faces. The sever was not attentive at all Very disappointing with service

Worst experience ever...visited many locations but this is the worst ever.....the lady at front didn't served us fresh food and didn't gave us napkins and was arguing for the biscuit which is free with mac and cheese.

First off, everything posted said open till 11:30 on 9/9/2024, but when arrived just after 10, the dead eyed lady just said "we closin up in a couple minutes. We ain't got nuttin but chikin"
Maybe don't.stsrt closing 90 minutes early and don't just leave an hour early before posted closing.

Ordered dirty rice as my sides and got 2 containers that were half full. It looked half eaten but I just got home and opened them. The biscuit also didn’t taste good, and I usually love bojangles biscuits at other locations I’ve been to.
