Three stars for the food as they only had one option that was gluten-free… They no longer have grits and all they had were prepared “meals”, nothing “on the side” except biscuits and potato rounds (GF - but x contamination is present). Staff was super friendly and seating/counter/kitchen were very clean.

I had two women provide service to me when I walked in. The name on the receipt is Brenda, I never caught the other ladies name, but she had on a faded Love's tshirt. Both ladies, especially the one in the Love's tshirt were SO POLITE! They also provided FAST service and FRIENDLY service! The food was fresh, HOT and bagged before I was done paying! It was my first time trying Bojangles, but as an OTR truck driver, not only will I be back... but I'll DEFINITELY be back to THIS location!

Was waiting over 20 mins for my order when they said that they had no biscuits ready then they asked if i wanted my food with no biscuit (thats one of the reasons i go to bojangles is for the biscuits) then she tells me they had no wings ready i asked her if she could replace it with another breast since ive already waited over 20 mins the manager said no i will haft to charge you for another breast i said ive waited 25 mins for my food she said it didnt matter then she give me a thigh instead. By then i was already pissed. I went to fill my sweet tea the container was empty another customer said its been empty over an hour noone has come to fill it. On top of that the cashier got a attitude with me cause i asked her to refill my tea. This is ridiculous that paying customers get treated like this.
