I ordered 2 chickfila sandwiches, tea and fries. Everything was good except 1 chicken sandwich had a chicken tender in it instead of a chicken pattie
My husband, our 1 year old, and myself stopped at this location today and we were blown away by the customer service! They were all so kind, they had sanitation wipes ready to go in the high chairs, brought us whatever we needed, and brought my son a stuffed cow before we left! Very happy customers!

Stopped her on our way to Orlando. Food was great but service was out of this world! Our daughter left her phone at the restaurant and we didn't notice it for 2 hours (crazy right?). We called and they had it. PARKER met us on our way back through on a SUNDAY! This sweet man took time out of his day, on his day off, to get us her phone back. We are eternally grateful ❤️❤️

I did the drive through wrong and tried to order at the window. I was told I couldn’t after waiting in line for 15 minutes. However, when I kindly asked to speak to a manager, a young g man named Grayson came to the window and explained why they can’t take orders at the window but said he’d be happy to do it for me this time. And then proceeded to not charge me. What a great manager and a patient kind young man. I was impressed!!
