Didn’t expect this type of service at a chick fil a. I subbed Mac and cheese instead of fries. I was given fries and I went back to register to tell of the mistake and another cashier said “she didn’t ask for Mac” when I did. So the cashier I had asked id I still wanted the fries I said ma’am I just want the mac. I waited 10 minutes. Still didn’t get and I went up and purchased another one. Because by this time the lines were long, and they immediately handed me Mac and cheese. Did not make any sense. Very disappointed. Several others around me there orders were incorrect also.

Had a large order at 1 pm on a Saturday. 6 of us all got drinks with our meal. I got a large drink with no ice. I went to the restroom while the order was being made and then another person in our party got the food. Get out to the car and see I didn’t get a large drink. At least we weren’t charged for it. And the drink was full of ice. The food was otherwise good though. I think it was hard to manage a big order around a busy time.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Honestly don't listen to the bad reviews.... This is the best chic fi la in the world. Super nice and food is the best. Hot, fresh and super tasty. I never regretted coming here and never do. Don't hesitate this place is a 10/10 wayyyy worth your money. I ordered a number one deluxe with no cheese and extra pickles. What i got was a number one with no cheese or pickles and plastic in the chicken sandwich. The fries were inedible due to the kilo of salt on them. I had to throw away the entire meal. Tried contacting the location but they had already closed for the evening.

We were super excited to eat our usual 2 number 2 deluxe an to our surprise no pepper jack cheese so I said okay well the main reason we eat at Chick-fil-A is the sauce an they were out of Chick-fil-A sauce an at this point I'm super disappointed an the cashier could not get our order right an didn't get offered no condiments or straws for our drinks. The employees didnt even offer to fix their mistakes.I'll NEVER be back to this poor excuse of a restaurant again!!!
