Edit: Just left there, not sure if they had the B team working but the service was terrible. Drive through girl didn't ask if I wanted sauce. Said thank you to the girl that delivered my food, expecting the reply I'm customarily greeted with and got an "uh-huh". Even the fries were subpar this time. Some diversity amoung staff would be nice as well.
Edit: eaten here a dozen times since first review. Customer service has improved greatly. Kid in the drive-thru did not take my order correctly. Was not given a total or a receipt, therefore I had no idea he missed part of my order.

I’m from out of town and I ordered Uber eats from this location and got food poisoning! I’ve been in so much pain the last 3 days and I tried making a complaint on their website but it told me to contact uber eats like what are they going to do about food poisoning SMH This was the only thing I ate when I got here so there’s no other possibility it was something else SMH This was my first impression of this place and I must say it hasn’t been a great one 😒

I have a minor gluten intolerance. So I order the grilled chicken sandwich with gluten-free buns at every chick fil a I go to. This is my first time at this location, and I am so sad. They gave me a regular bun and crispy chicken. I can only eat my fries. I'd turn around to get it fixed if I had noticed before getting back on the interstate to continue my trip.

Sandwich was soggy. They had quick service! Now, they need to keep the place cleaner when the number of customers climbs cos it was a bit messy! We ate in the car since e the tables and floors inside needed attention.
I can't believe I'm leaving 2 stars at a Chick-fil-A. I waited for my pickup order while it sat on the counter behind the registers. It was not busy at this time. The employees were looking for something that was hidden in some contest they were doing. Then my biscuit was not good. Bread was hard. My ice coffee was horrible. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had!!

We pulled up at 11:15 and they didn’t even have the limited time sandwich on the last day. They also messed up our order and only gave us one drink. Very disappointed

Will never stop at this Chick-fil-A again while passing through. First the drive through speaker was broken and the girl taking the order could not hear me. After going in and ordering, my order was ultimately wrong. My salad came with ingredients I asked to be removed. My sandwich was no better than a McChicken. I expect better quality from a Chick-fil-A. This location does not live up to the Chick-fil-A sandwich. Just go to a different Chick-fil-A location if you have the option.
