My companion & I both ordered the "Original grilled chicken". She added a small cajun fry & I added a cheese fry to the meal. The young man who took our order & explained the options to us was helpful & knowledgable. Unfortunately, he gave us someone else's meal. Her sandwich turned out to be a club sandwich. She enjoyed the addition of lettuce & tomatoes, but the supposed bacon was small chips of something that vaguely resembled bacon & had a hint of taste. Neither of us cared for the fries. Mine were soggy & without taste. Cost at $22. was less than most similar fast food options. My original version was very good for fast food. I'll go back again but only for the sandwich & drink. I'll skip the fries for sure.

We normally enjoy going to cookout, but this one wasn't great. I ordered fries with my meal and was given literally ONE fry! I didn't realize it until I was to far away to turn back. This was one we stopped at on our way back home.

Order through the walk up window since we couldn't get in with the truck and trailer. The employees check on us a few time while our food was being prepared to make sure our drinks were full before we left. Get service!

Went with a few co workers. They missed a few items on our order, so we went back and the lady at the window was very challenging and got a bit combative saying she didn't ring us up for certain things even though it showed on the receipt. The time she spent disagreeing and finding ways not to resolve the issue, she could've gave us what was missed and we could've went on our way. Since we aren't local, the chances of me coming back to this location is slim to none.
They came up short in more than one aspect of my meal, including giving me all of my food. Had a combative employee get a little sideways with me she shorted me a quesadilla and a hotdog, and one order of cheese curds. Overall, the food was pretty mid and it’s pretty doubtful I will ever return due to the fact that I am about 200 miles away from there. I do respect the fact that she is a no nonsense type of person.

I ordered the double burger tray. My burger had only one patty and tthe burger it self was horrible. I couldn't even eat it. I couldn't believe they food was terrible out of all the times I've been there. The manager was talking to the cashier very rude and distasteful. I come all the time and had never seen this cashier before, so I think she is new. The girl looked like her feelings was hurt.
