Very disappointed tonight. We were greated by a nice young man. Went to sit down evey table was dirty. There were 2 girls sitting at the end of the bar gossiping. Stood by one for several minutes and had to ask if they could wipe a table off since they were all dirty. The pregnant girl came over and wiped the table off. DID NOT bother to wipe off any of the other tables. She went right back to the other girl and sat down and continued talking until the other girl left work at 5:45. Now it's been 10 minutes and they have not started cooking our food. Another girl came in and ordered a now the pregnant girl started cooking our hamburgers and gossiping with the other girl. While gossiping our hamburgers were burnt to hockey pucks. The chili cheese fries tasted burnt. A waste of $42.00. As we left they were gossiping with the girl at the bar never acknowledged that we were leaving. So sad we have been going here for years today was our last trip.

Food is not as good as it used to be. The people that were running it were very unorganized. I had to wait an extra 10min to get someone to take my money

Since they closed down several months ago, I have tried several times to dine hear. First time at lunch they were out of chili during peak time. 12:30. Next time I waited awhile before finally got up and left. Tried again today and ordered quicker but took awhile to get food. It use to be a good quick place to dine. Not sure why old crew was axed but the customer service is not what it once was. Very disappointed and do not recommend this local business that has been a staple for years in downtown Cordele.

Really good, great service!

This place is a total dump. Bathroom smelled awful, rude staff and poor service. We went in, stood in line for 5 min until they told us to sit down, no one ever came to take our order. Ended up walking out. Pretty sad. Monroes in Americus is awesome though! Go there!

Clean and friendly environment
I got Irish stew 10/10

My first visit and it was nice. My husband suggested that I try their infamous Scramble Dog with Chili over a hot dog with oyster crackers on top and hot sauce. Yes it was different but it was good. The people were all nice and friendly with the most southern hospitality.

Burgers are absolutely the best in the Crisp County area, and they be having that AL Green station on the radio with the vibes just right! Check them out one of the long standing local staples of the Cordele community operating since the 1930s.

Tasty and delicious slawdogs and great one with hot sauce.

I really don't want to bash the place. I hold dear memories with my dad here when I was a child. But I will never go back. I posted on their fb page what happened. Hopefully the owner will take a look at it.

Really enjoyed the dogs. Was bummed there was no one old enough to pour a beer though. Eh, can't win em all.
