Smells like urine when you walk in the door. I don't know how else to describe it. Find the smell and fix it please!!

It was very hot inside the eating area! Had to use menu as a fan. Not crazy about my bill being brought to me with my food, felt rushed and not given the opportunity to order dessert.

Floors were extremely dirty. Smelled weird when you entered the building. Floor in dining room had wet spots everywhere. Biscuits were the best thing. Cornbread was horrible. Homestyle chicken( chicken itself tasted old), dumplings goopy and watered down. Worst hash brown casserole I have had. The hashbrowns were not done and it tasted like a powdered cheese . Nothing else in the casserole. Disgusting. The server couldn’t find the syrup for about 10 minutes. Eggs were overcooked. The store smelled bad and prices were not ringing up correctly. Don’t worry iHop didn’t do any better on our way to Florida.

The food was great. Cordele Ga location. some got breakfast and some dinner. Great variety. Service was fair.

We love that we can get breakfast anytime during the day. The food has always been good.

Food was fine when it arrived, only one line cook working. Waitress got drinks wrong and was mostly AWOL. Plenty of chatting staff. Bathroom stall was out of TP. Cracker Barrel is my go to but I'll skip Cordele GA in the future.

Horrible experience. Our server was not rude but she didn't feel like she wanted to be working, she was super slow and forgot items that we ordered and then when I asked for them she told me it would be a couple of minutes and when I asked again she didn't know what was going on. Horrible.

Sad. Worst service in all our years of eating at these stores.

we were a party of 8, they brought out food for two people , then 5 minutes later 2 more, then 2 more, it was over 30 minutes to get the food and they werent busy, then after all 6 were done eating they brought the last two people food. said it took longer because they had to cook the chicken, however, one of the first people to get food had the same chicken order.

Ordered online - no issues there. Received a text that my order was ready to park in the reserved parking. The reserved parking was taken by other customers. I click that I'm here - sat there for several minutes with no service. Walked into the store - asked for my order. Was told it was coming up. Stood there 15 mins and then found out they were having to make more of what I ordered. So, my order was never ready and then had to wait until they cooked more to even get my order. This was very aggravating and the girls acted like it was no big deal. Very dissatisfied with my hometown service
