We love that we can get breakfast anytime during the day. The food has always been good.

Food was fine when it arrived, only one line cook working. Waitress got drinks wrong and was mostly AWOL. Plenty of chatting staff. Bathroom stall was out of TP. Cracker Barrel is my go to but I'll skip Cordele GA in the future.

Horrible experience. Our server was not rude but she didn't feel like she wanted to be working, she was super slow and forgot items that we ordered and then when I asked for them she told me it would be a couple of minutes and when I asked again she didn't know what was going on. Horrible.

Sad. Worst service in all our years of eating at these stores.

we were a party of 8, they brought out food for two people , then 5 minutes later 2 more, then 2 more, it was over 30 minutes to get the food and they werent busy, then after all 6 were done eating they brought the last two people food. said it took longer because they had to cook the chicken, however, one of the first people to get food had the same chicken order.

Ordered online - no issues there. Received a text that my order was ready to park in the reserved parking. The reserved parking was taken by other customers. I click that I'm here - sat there for several minutes with no service. Walked into the store - asked for my order. Was told it was coming up. Stood there 15 mins and then found out they were having to make more of what I ordered. So, my order was never ready and then had to wait until they cooked more to even get my order. This was very aggravating and the girls acted like it was no big deal. Very dissatisfied with my hometown service

I would like to begin with stating I've been to Cracker Barrel locations all across the country. I'm not necessarily going to say this is my worst Cracker Barrel experience however my experience wasn't good here. I had to wait quite a while at the front for someone to come and seat me. Although the girl at the front desk was trying her best over the radio to get someone to come up there. I should also clarify that the restaurant wasn't busy. There were maybe five tables with couples eating at them and appeared to be three servers. However a couple of times I looked up to notice two of the girls standing in the entrance to the kitchen playing on their cell phones and talking. Eventually getting seated my order was taken and I expected them to bring biscuits as they do it most every other Cracker Barrel. When she came to take my order and gave me my drink there were still no biscuits so I asked for them. Thinking maybe it slipped her mind. Around 25 minutes of waiting and my food came out not a unreasonable amount of time. However still no biscuits. She came back to check if the food was okay and I reminded her of the biscuits. Finally I was given two biscuits. At one point during my meal my drink remained empty for a good 10 minutes. I will credit her with noticing my drink was empty when I asked for biscuits the third time. Not sure why but the food was overly greasy in comparison to other locations. Steak wasn't seasoned or didn't seem to be and was overcooked. Asked for medium rare got medium well. My silverware was dirty with dried food on it. The only reason I'm giving two stars is the girl at the front tried her best to go above and beyond. I definitely won't be back to this location.

Cracker Barrel has went down hill, the food is not 100% anymore and the price is unacceptable for the quality of food you get, just not happy with Cracker Barrel anymore.

If you haven't been to our cracker barrel, you have to try. I had the best experience last night, March 14, 2025. Marie was our server. And, if I was in food management, I would offer her any position. She's, what I would call a diamond in the rough. Under new leadership from Tifton, the quality of service, food and store appearance is apparent. With polite conversation with the new manager, I realized that She is the reason for the improvements. Thank you for a Splendid time.
