I went by after a 12 hour day at work and tried to order a chicken salad sandwich. As soon as I got to the window and ordered the cashier said, “Our oven is broke”. So I drove off but thought they dont cook chicken, so, I turned back around and tried to reorder the chicken sandwich. I said to her but you didnt ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted, she said well most folks do. That was mind blowing bc in this economy Im sure Elianos appreciates every sale. She talked herself outta that one. I drove off and went to StarbucksTrain your people better !! This happened at 6:30 pm this evening

Cordele, GA. It’s only drive-through. But it’s better than Dutch Brothers for menu. Great flavored drink options and food. Super sweet service this afternoon from both staff members; eye contact and nice smiles plus a “Y’all have a good day.” I had the latte hot and it was well made; not acidic and you could taste the great coffee flavor. The Milan Mint is what I’ll get next time.
Always fresh and delicious coffee, as well as a variety of awesome non coffee in house drinks with new and unique drinks always in the works.. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff and quick service. Easily beats any large chain offerings by a wide margin. Highly recommended! Also they serve some nice breakfast and baked options as well to try.

I found this place on Google maps due to the need for coffee.I didn't get any food, but the level of service needs to be the standard. The two ladies were so friendly and engaging.I had to walk up because my truck would not fit thru their drive up, The young Burnette was so nice and gave true southern hospitality.The coffee is excellent at the perfect temperature so I could enjoy it right away.Please support this place and be nice to the staff who show up and do such a great job.I will Remer this place and come back as often as I can, those that live here ask for a membership or a reward program because it is worth it if they offer it.

I was there the day before 2/23 and got a sugar free smoothie, I returned the next day 2/24 and they acted clueless when i asked for the smoothie to be sugar free. I also asked for a bacon/sausage grit bowl and only got a bacon bowl. Seems like they can’t handle a rush!

Great service. I’m happy with the way things are done. I been coming there for quite some time and I can say that Mrs. Nicole would always have me rung up and have the food waiting when I got to the window. And everybody else is nice and curtious. And will go out of their way to make things right for their costumers. Keep up the good work
