Normally, we don't come here because it is extremely poor service and the wait to get one sandwich is insane. Which, if you ask around town, is also why nobody else comes here either and they generally don't have any business. But whatever crew is working today needs to show everybody else how it's done! I didn't catch her name but she was prompt when answering the speaker, took our order quickly, got payment and had our food out in less than 5 minutes. I truly hope that means some positive changes at this establishment because the crew working today killed it.

It took me 25 minutes to get my order and I even called it in..I ordered Philly steak and cheese with onion , mushrooms, Bell peppers,but pepper' wast on there,it tasted so plain..the cooks was moving in lose motion...I will never spend a dime there anymore and it was my first time..

I loved the taste of my sub but who chops their turkey for a messier one? I had diarrhea all night from it! My son didn't like the taste of the meatball sub (sweet and spicy). It was flavorless he said like the meatballs had no flavor at all. he didn't like it at all. over all we're unhappy with our service and food.

Definitely the absolute worst Firehouse I have been to. No one in the restaurant at lunch 'rush' and had to go behind the counter to get served. Sandwich missing toppings requested. Probably won't go back THIS Firehouse, though I love their food at other locations!

The Italian subs and meatball subs are really delicious at this firehouse ?
This is by far the worst Firehouse Subs I have ever eaten at. To start, there was no ice in either machine and no lids for small drinks. When our food finally came, the guy sat it down and said “sorry for how it looks.” The meats and cheese were sliding off the bread. One piece half of my sandwich had only one piece of meat, but the other half had about four pieces. My hot sandwich had some pieces of meat that were still cold. It was SO messy to eat, I had to use a whole napkin or two for every bite, and about halfway through our dispenser ran out of napkins. My boyfriend’s sandwich was equally as messy that he didn’t even bother trying to take it home. My brother couldn’t even get anyone’s attention to ask for a box, but the guy who brought us our sandwiches was sitting at a table on his phone. My brother’s girlfriend’s sandwich looked the best out of all of them, even though it was mostly lettuce. A truly disappointing experience.

The food was good, ordering was really slow. The point of sale system would not recognize my card, and every time it does that you have to wait 90 seconds for it to time out before you can try it again. This happened to me twice. So during this process the line to order is backing up since they're only taking orders on one other POS systems. Also while we were here, they were out of ice.

Ordered online. When I got there no one even acknowledged I had arrived for over 10 mins. Took another 40 mins to get my food (1 tuna sub). Found out halfway through my wait that the person eating in the corner was manager. Manager just complained about how nothing got done if he was on break but did nothing to remedy the situation. Will never come back to this firehouse
