Online and at the door is says they close at 9 p.m on Sunday. We pulled up at 8:38 and they were closed. Lady was talking out the drive thru window when we pulled up. Everyone hid when we drove by the window. The parking lot was empty with not a single car in sight. I love firehouse subs! It’s 8:45 pm at the time I write this

Passing through at 5:30 pm on a Saturday night, holiday weekend, and stopped for sandwiches. It took seven minutes (because of all the negative reviews, I set a stopwatch) after we ordered to make 3 large sandwiches. They were tasty, attractive and fresh. No complaints.

We stopped here on our way home. There was a drive thru so we went through it. That part was convenient

My sister got a club on a sub with no tomatoes or onion and add cucumber and olive. I got an Italian, no onion. Services were fine but we got our sandwiches, both had onion and hers with tomato and no cucumbers or olives as well.

We looked on the receipt & our cashier put the requested changes on there. Meaning it wasn’t his fault; whoever made the sub blatantly ignored those directions. It is just rude & lazy. And disrespectful to his coworker (since the drive thru cashier typically gets yelled at the most)

My family and I had the worst experience at this location. We originally called to see if we could place an order over the phone due to the online ordering service being down. (I believe her name is Kayla, claimed to be a manager) very rudely refused to take an order over the phone. When we got there we figured we would just order through the drive thru since I had a toddler and a baby with me, Kayla was the one taking our order, again not hospitable at all, acted like we were bothering her by being there. I ordered my daughter a grilled cheese, Kayla responded “we don’t have bread for that” so I asked if she could just put cheese on any bread they had, again very rudely she said it had to be a sub, which to me was odd- why can’t you just take cheese and toast it on bread? Anyways, she refused to work with us on getting my daughter any form of grilled cheese, she actually went silent and wasn’t responding through the drive thru. So I went to the dining room, my daughter at this point had to use the restroom anyways. Kayla locked the door and acted like she didn’t see me for a few minutes. After continuous knocking, I told her the sign said they close at 10 on Saturdays, which she responded with “that’s the time we open”- not what the sign said. Then she told me the dining room closed at 9- it was 8:35 at this point… I showed her the time on my phone and she changed her response to “we close at 8:30” … even so, my toddler asked if she could just use the bathroom to which Kayla yelled through the door “no we are closed” .. I ended up calling and of course she answers, tells me she’s the manager- I told her I was super disappointed, she responded with “well stay disappointed and get off the phone” … it took multiple phone calls to speak to someone else who was actually helpful and will hopefully hold her accountable. If you are ever wondering why this store is always empty the awful customer service is your answer 🙃🙃 also being rude to me as the customer is one thing, but coming after my 3 year old and being a jerk to her is what is setting me off to make it known how awful Kayla (assuming I received the correct name) really is.

The food is good but the dining area is miniscule with only 4 tables, 2 of which are against the pick up counter so you have to squeeze in between 2 strangers to get your food and if they are plus size there is no way to reach the food without asking them to move. That was not good planning on whoever planned the layout of this restaurant.

Tamkia is always the one to deliver when our office is catered. The food always tastes great and looks beautiful. She always comes in and sets everything up for us. Just that little above and beyond that she does makes a HUGE difference. She is the reason we continue to choose Firehouse for our catering luncheons.

Normally, we don't come here because it is extremely poor service and the wait to get one sandwich is insane. Which, if you ask around town, is also why nobody else comes here either and they generally don't have any business. But whatever crew is working today needs to show everybody else how it's done! I didn't catch her name but she was prompt when answering the speaker, took our order quickly, got payment and had our food out in less than 5 minutes. I truly hope that means some positive changes at this establishment because the crew working today killed it.

This is the first time I've ever tried Firehouse subs, I usually do not care much for franchise sub shops, but Firehouse Subs is legit. It was a great sandwich.

It took me 25 minutes to get my order and I even called it in..I ordered Philly steak and cheese with onion , mushrooms, Bell peppers,but pepper' wast on there,it tasted so plain..the cooks was moving in lose motion...I will never spend a dime there anymore and it was my first time..

I loved the taste of my sub but who chops their turkey for a messier one? I had diarrhea all night from it! My son didn't like the taste of the meatball sub (sweet and spicy). It was flavorless he said like the meatballs had no flavor at all. he didn't like it at all. over all we're unhappy with our service and food.

Definitely the absolute worst Firehouse I have been to. No one in the restaurant at lunch 'rush' and had to go behind the counter to get served. Sandwich missing toppings requested. Probably won't go back THIS Firehouse, though I love their food at other locations!
