Went to the drive through and the person says there's 2 people ahead of you, it's going to be a wait and we asked how long is the wait and she said I'm not sure. Didn't even greet us. Feels like another way of saying go away.

Honestly, there isn’t one good thing I could say about this location. First time here walk-in has a bit of an odor and I ain’t talking about the food. You hang a right to go to the bathrooms and on the wall looks like white mold on the walls between bathrooms, go into the bathroom and the toilets hanging out the wall.This location it looks like it’s falling apart. Pretty sure you get tax off and upkeep of your business but I guess Krystal’s don’t care about that. Definitely wouldn’t return just over that.
But then we noticed a worker wearing a mask just over her mouth, mouth only can barely hear a word she says. And then you see that the cook and the drive-through worker are wearing gloves, but yet the front clerk (half mask one) is not wearing gloves and she’s back there putting her hand over top of the boxes to put them in the bag. Tell me how is that sanitary if two people are wearing gloves but she’s not and yet she’s touching the food more so. Which made my son not want his food so now I just bought some food that we’re not gonna eat.

liked the chili dog and regular hamburgers. mid afternoon could be the reason the food wasn't hot. they have a robust breakfast menu, although i wasn't there for breakfast. very reasonable pricing, though

Placed order of 4 krystal's n 1 large fry... fries were a ordered, well done by today's standards but by my standards, properly cooked since today NOBODY knows how to cook fries without the use of the timer which only cooks them HALFWAY... back in the day before timers, we learned how to tell when they were ready by how the grease acted... This location follows the standards of McDonald's, prepared the burgers, boxes then n places them in an ALLEGED warmer instead of leaving them covered on the grill which allows the flavor to steam into the bread and keep them warmer... FINALLY, she put the fries on top of the burgers INSTEAD OF attacking the burgers to one side and putting the fries next to the stacks of burgers... this error CRUSHED put off the burgers, all of which incidentally were barely luke warm...
Since krystal's filing bankruptcy several years ago, they're quality has gone to pot... I've been eating them since the mid 60s and never seen this kind of quality..
We mainly wanted chili fries. But they were not good. The burgers were sloppy and soggy. We didn't eat them. It also felt like being in the hood on the inside after watching the employees.

I really enjoy these petite, delicious and flavorful little burgers. They're always served hot so I do get a little burned in the mouth because of me being impatient enough to wait until they're cool enough

Went through the drive through and placed our order and was told some jumble through the mic. We pulled around to find a car just sitting at the window and the kids running around the car and then running around ours. We couldn't get our food let alone pay for it. I don't know what's happened to this place but I'll never come back
