My overall experience here was terrible. The lack of professionalism was striking, and employees showed no enthusiasm for their work. Despite being the only customers—the parking lot was completely vacant—we waited 5-10 minutes for our food. All the employees were on their phones, and they still managed to screw up the order. While the food itself was great, the overall atmosphere and the employees' lack of professionalism were deeply disappointing and fell far short of a respectable standard.
