I ordered DoorDash, it took them 15 minutes to get the food out to the dasher, when I got the food from the dasher my hamburger had some cheese on it when I ordered no cheese, the fries had so much salt I couldn’t even eat them, and they smothered the burger in a lot of ketchup to try and cover up the cheese they tried to scrape off the burger patty. And I’m pretty sure there was no mustard. It’s good I’m not allergic to cheese because I didn’t notice the half scraped cheese until I was almost done. The cookies were about as hard as a brick and cold.

Visited the drive thru and my 10 year old son ordered a McFlurry but they told us the ice cream machine was not working. My son asked her are you sure? She said yes. My husband later checked through the app and was able to order it. We decided to park and get it inside. The machine WAS working and they LIED.
It was clear they did not want to make the McFlurry! Hope headquarters catch up with your schemes and you get penalized for it.

Frustrating experience. I ordered curbside and waited for 30 minutes. When no one came out, I noticed the only other curbside spot had an unattended car parked there the entire time. I finally unloaded the kids and went inside, only to be told they don’t use curbside at this location and that employees usually park in those spots to prevent use. If curbside isn’t offered here, it shouldn’t be an option in the app. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever felt with. Sucks nobody cares or takes pride in their job or running a location anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Bathroom filthy, paper towels are on the counter and wet. No garbage bag in the waste can. Only 3 dining people in the dining room and nobody in drive thru. We went through drive thru. Oatmeal and sausage McMuffin meals took 12 minutes. Hashbrowns were severely over cooked, brick hard grease disks. No lids for the plastic cups ( soda)so they topped it with a coffee lid and no straw. Oatmeal was topped with cold water and not enough. Couldn't eat. Worst McDonald's ever corporate should come in and remove this franchise or remediate the management.

Ordered one 1 iced coffee, they didn’t tell me they had to brew it even though she said they did. That wasn’t the real problem, it was that when they brewed it they brewed regular coffee and it supposed to be decaf. I heard her tell manager who then said just use the regular coffee? Glad I’m not caffeine sensitive. It took 40 minutes to get the drink because the register woman forgot to go back and make it. They were very busy and working hard so I guess I get it. I suggest that they should keep up with how much iced coffee is on hand to keep up with demand. Iced coffee is drank all day by people. They were friendly tho.

With out a doubt the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life !!! I get here and they tell me they can only serve fried food and then say they only have ranch sauce on top of that just horrible customer service they just seemed mad that they had to do their job. Do better McDonalds !!!
Orders my food around 5pm thru uber ! and at 6:05 pm still didn’t get it ! had to cancel my order . My delivery driver said my order was canceled on there end !! tBut on end they were working on it and wrapping it up ! Tried to call 3 times and nobody answered phone just crazy! This location needs to do better ! My husband is a truck driver so it was are first time ordering from this location & in this part of the state . .

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my entire life. This was the second time I placed a mobile order for pickup here and every time I do, it never even pops up on their screen so I’m constantly having to give them my phone to show them what I ordered just so I can still get the food and for some reason it still manages to come out wrong. I ordered a Big Mac and for whatever reason they only put one patty on it when there’s supposed to be 2, the fries come out cold even when they’re busy and they can’t even follow a simple request for something even when you ask them. I’d highly recommend going to a different place

I used the drive thru at about 6:45 am. The staff were friendly. The food was terrible. I ordered an egg McMuffin meal. The hash browns were hot but under cooked and the sandwich was missing the meat and dried out.
