Came at 5pm on Saturday, it was not terribly busy. Young man waiting on us spoke little English. We waited an hour for our food and kept asking for things like silverware, drinks, more sausa and chips. Then they forgot our togo order. More waiting.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for my wife’s food to come out. The rest of our food did not come till 15 minutes after my wife’s food. My food was not what I ordered. I tried to talk to the manager but he refused to come out of the back to talk to me apparently he didn’t care that his customer wasn’t satisfied. The absolute worst service I have ever had in a restaurant!!

My husband and I ate here last night and could not stop talking about how good everything was! He had the Seak Fijita taco salad and I had a Shreaded chicken chimichanga. The cheese dip/sauce is THE BEST! Our server was very sweet and observant.

The food and drinks were very good. Normal pricing dining out. It's definitely worth every penny. My only complaint is that after we were seated we didn't get assistance right away. We waited almost 10-15 mins to just order drinks. Even though it was kinda busy I think everyone should be attended to in a timely manner. People came in after us were attended to before us. They need to monitor their areas better to make sure every customer gets the same attention and great service. Like I said the food was very good so I will be returning. I would just like to be acknowledged in a timely manner.

First time coming here, and I must say that it did not disappoint. Drinks were delicious, and the food was even better! Definitely recommend it to anyone who is in the area to check out Pancho's!
