I ordered through the app and it was having issues. It charged me for 4 pizzas. I called the store but no one answered.When I got to the store the employee said that she never received my order. She looked and said I know why it’s because we are offline. She would not refund the charges. She said I had to dispute them. Terrible customer service!

I was going to place a order called and the person answering the phone said something extremely fast and I guess he had put me on hold for a very long time.and after reading All the bad reviews I hung up my phone.wow and the people who works at this location is allowed to be employed here after reading All the bad reviews??? Wow that's mental if I had employees who performed this way with my customers I would make sure they wouldn't be able to get a job in a pizza restaurant in my state I mean ever.i don't know who owns this franchise but they must be a i don't give a damn type owner allowing them to conduct business like that.shame on them

We had a mix up with the delivery address(which was a mistake on my end) but the employees went above and beyond to make sure that our pizza got to the correct address. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Ordered online, listed as a twenty minute wait. I waited no joke, two hours, on a two topping pizza.
The app said my order was ready, and when I asked about it, I was told they made it wrong and I'd have to be put in the back of the line waiting even longer. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food place.
Go to Little Caesars instead if you don't want to waste your time, or potentially your money.
They also tried to give away my pizza to someone else when they didn't know who ordered it. I've never heard of this before, but I couldn't imagine showing up late to pick up my pizza and they gave it to someone else and have to remake it.
All this for a pizza that had a subtle taste like the chemicals they washed the pans with.
I will never eat Papa John's again, I can't believe it took eating at my hometown to ruin this for me.

I love Papa Johns pizza, but I can honestly say this is the worst one I have ever purchased. The crust was completely flat and baked so hard I couldn't bite it. Toppings seemed fresh but overcooked. What happened to the nice fresh risen crust?

Understaffed and the Management needs to do something asap regarding service times for a pizza order. This place is spiraling out of control! Lots of people coming in to front counter saying they’ve been waiting for almost an hour in their car, in addition to the time it took when they called in order and drove to store.
