Left keys in the rest room and got 3 hrs away and called them to mail to us, that was thanksgiving weekend, it's now December 28, I am still waiting
Unbelievable. No menus. Unfriendly staff. Horrible customer service. Told scan the QR code. Didn’t work. Told me to download the app. Finally gave up. Close this store! place ever.

First off they charge an almost 5 dollar delivery fee then I ask the worker what it's about... he says I guess it's for them. I then give him a 5 dollar tip (now 10 dollar tip) get my 35 dollar pizza and it's a hot mess all mixed up in the box. I'll never order from there again!!!

Most times I go into the building, I'm treated like a problem and not a customer, but this last time I went, they were all polite and did right by me and my wife. They laughed after I said this was the 1st time I had good service there not sure what to take from that but overall had a good experience and the food was good

Wish I could give half a star.. we ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks yesterday and they were horrible. Not only did it say delivered when they wasn’t here yet they were cold and soggy. There was spots where there was no sauce and hardly any cheese (on a cheeee pizza) the other one that was traven style think crust was cold and soggy use about no sauce as well. The breadsticks were a sad excuse for bread. When we called all they did was “we can credit you for next time? but no the taxes or delivery fee.. like there won’t be no damn next time
