This is the third time in 2 months that I've received extremely watered down coffee at this location. This time I went back. They were very apologetic and gave me a fresh cup, but the new one was barely better than the first. Something is major league wrong with this store. Won't be coming back.

My family’s been to Starbucks everywhere and this is the best one we’ve went to, drinks and food were ready as soon as we got to the window and they were extremely nice! We were there March 14th around 8:00am. Nice ladies!

As someone who has been to a lot of Starbucks across the US. Cordele, GA hands down has the best Starbucks in the US. Service is amazing. If Starbucks had a flagship, this should be it.

My partner placed a mobile order and is from another country with a unique name. When we pulled up in the drive through, the barista asked the drive through attendant her name and out loud, with the window open, she said "I don't know, it's something super weird." What a terribly rude and inconsiderate thing to say.
When people are requesting personal cup for pick ups the intention is to not waste plastic. Not to make the drink in plastic to then pour in the personal cup. The goal is to eliminate the plastic cup.

Drive through menu impossible to read from where you park to order. Shallow angle, glare, and distance are a problem. It was completely unreadable around noon to 1. My wife can read the menu on her phone, but what if you just want to order off the menu, like me?
How about calibrate your microphones at the start of shift? I yelled back at them, and when we drove around, they had a little smirk on their face. That smirk means they know what they’re doing.
When I gave them feedback they were not accepting of it. Even in the face of my frustration, they did not abide by their own touted “third place” policy. Instead of acknowledging, they offered excuse, and a smirk. They asked us to give them the same respect they gave us, and we did just that.
