Came through the drive thru today wanted a Honey Almondmilk cold brew however when I get to the window I showed the lady the picture of it on my phone and she stated you wanted it cold yes...She did say she was sorry for not asking ice or hot but I had said cold from the start not sure who wasn't listening carefully this is one of my favorites spot for ice coffees but today was really off...I've worked in fast food over 20 years I know what it looks like and feel like far customer service....It was no excuse to why a red headed lady inside say "pull her up" after it was said from the cashier she wanted it ice...I think her name was Cee I asked..this could be spelled wrong but the red headed lady making the drinks looked my way never apologized or seemed just not so friendly at all again "tell her to pull around the building" so I said drive back around to the cashier and politely she said please I'm sorry for a small ice coffee and 3 cars ahead of me....she purposely done this Cee...made me drive back around to pick up my drink...now through this situation I gave it some thought this restaurant have a great Google rating but not for long with employees like that making customers drive back around when I stated from the beginning I wanted it cold or ice however I never said hot so it never was my fault...But I appreciated the cashier with a nose ring for apologizing more than twice but it just made it worse with the red headed lady Cee inside the look and yelling "because I heard you loud and clear!" I just don't think this should be the appropriate behavior for this incident and Cee needs more training and coaching in the customer area. Lastly my ice coffee wasn't good at all $5.67 wasted just know I took time out to leave this review because I was very patience throug it all and "I should have been the one yelling" but instead I kept my Kool.It give an option for Drive-thru but I selected takeout

Serves room temp pike roast coffee often in the afternoon (3-5pm). I have nicely spoke with staff about this and I still get cold coffee about 1/2 the time I go on my way home from work. A coffee shop serving room temp coffee is mind blowing to me.

Ordered my normal, a dragonfruit refresher with WATER and no ice. I was told my total was $5.35. When I pulled forward the young lady told me $6.35. I asked why. She stated because I got no ice. What???? The new upcharge is supposed to be for NO WATER AND EXTRA BASE. I wanted water with no extra BASE. Starbucks has lost a loyal customer.

In a time when the restaurant industry's attention to customer service and overall experience is no longer paramount to their core values, THIS store hasn't forgotten the importance of greeting customers with a smile and a "we are here to make you happy" attitude. Managers, Kenya and Kishona, not only hustle from one task to another, they do it with small town spirit that the big towns left behind years ago. Cheers to the staff! Hey Corporate, visit this store and study and learn what they do right and make it your national campaign.
Stopped in this morning for some coffee, we are from Florida and we’re here camping near by! The staff were so kind and sweet, just genuinely nice which where we’re from is unheard of! And our food/ drinks were delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The employees are rude! We came in 5 mins after they opened and asked questions about the ingredients in one of the chocolate syrups. The chubby lady with gold dreads was rude, short & condescending with her response. The cashier acted like he didn't want to go read the ingredients after I told them the ingredients were on the back... again, the chubby lady with gold locks gave me a fake smile and said, "Oh no, I don't know all the ingredients." I am on a long road trip today & this is not how I want to start my day with two small children. If they aren't able to have simply respect for their customers why are they working at a coffee shop!
