Overall, this subway is decent, but needs some work in the customer service area. The employee who served us talked very little, and was quite rude towards another subway employee. The food was good, although there was some type of dressing on my sub, when I did not ask for any.

Employees here should improve on their customer service skills here.
Probably won’t come back to this location in the future, unless this improves.

I've been here before with no issues. This time was horrible. I'm really disappointed they served the bread they did. Not toastet, but when you touched it the bread would crumble like stale bread. I would rather they just said they were out of food.

Well I went here again hoping for different results. Service was ok but the bread was as hard the yellow brick road! Please bake fresh bread for the evening!!!!!

My one star is for the food we received. It's basic sub that's not hard to mess up, but everything else was awful. The young man working at 3 pm today was rude, condescending, and knows nothing about customer service!! Never stopping here again!

I don't leave this review lightly. We have came on multiple days trying to see if we would get a different outcome, but we didn't. These are the trips. First trip: the lady that took my husband's order, was on the cell phone, and then would not speak loud enough to be heard and also acted like she couldn't hear. The lady also kept the lids to the cooling area up so you could not see what she was putting in the salad. She put some incorrect items on the salads as well. Didn't even offer to chop it up like Subway does. Second trip: The lady that took the order kept the lid up as well so you couldn't see what was being put on the salad. She also didn't put the main type of salad we ordered (tuna) on the salad and then started to put the wrong ingredients on the salad.
I am recovering from surgery and was not able to go inside so I do not know if it was the same lady or if it was different but either way, this Subway has not been as good as they used to be. Customer service is an important thing to keep any place running and seems to be an ingredient this place is lacking.

The young man that was working the afternoon of 3/25 was so delightful! He greeted me with the nicest smile, gave extra service preparing my sandwich to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. It was one of the best subs I've had! I wish I would have said something to let him know how much I appreciated him! I hope he sees this review!

The young man that works there is awesome he makes sure that the sandwiches salads or pizza are perfect.If he is by himself or with a partner he will apologize for the delay. If he touches money or rings someone up he will properly wash his hands. I think his name tag says lou.

Arrived at restaurant at 8:30pm. Salesperson said that he would not take another order because he has to leave at 9:00pm. Sign states restaurant closes at 9:00. I would give a 0 stars if I could.

I walked in hoping to get something to eat and they are closed at 8:40 the guy was in the process of putting the food away everything's been wrapped up so I'm thinking probably about 8:30 8:15 is when they're really closed not 9:00. Your clean up does not start happening until after the posted closing time not before! Very unhappy😡

It’s not your Subway store that sold me today, it is the customer service. BJ was absolutely wonderful with her service and super helpful with my option. She kept great conversation while managing her time well. She made me want to leave a Google review for your store as well because she’s just that sweet and amazing. She let me know she’s been with subway over 15 years, so I hope she’s being treated well. She truly made the rest of my day!
