I stood at the counter for 6 minutes an no one came to take my order an they did see me standing there an didn't care so I just ordered thru the self serve screen an ordered the 3 taco combo an payed with my debit card an waited 20 minutes for my food an mind you I was the only person there ordering an waiting there. Never again will I use taco bell in Cordele.

Took 22min to get order in line 8min then at speaker 14min. All I can hear from inside is a worker screaming there’s McDonald’s, Wendy’s and Burger King while they all coming here!! Hmm?!? There was 3 cars only while McDonald’s line was endless!!! Then told us to wait at a parking yeah 34min!!!! Yes 34 min to get out food!! Then food was missing in my whole nocho bell grande we told her and showed her bag and she said no I need receipt… okay we went got it from car then with attitude said ok! Took another 14min to get that… I said thank you and she answered “Nooo!!! Go else where next time! Horrible customer service!!!

Walked inside in a slow day nobody in line nobody in the drive through lane and they told me I have to use the kiosk to place an order. Don't think so , that should be an option not mandatory. Walked out to Mcdonalds across the street .

They made us roll around the drive through 3 times without any reasons at 11.30 without any rush in the drive through. Experienced this shitty service first time ever from taco bell. It's all the staff's attitude that made me feel bad about this taco bell . The time when I got seriously mad was I got beef in my veg taco for which I removed any kind of meat. Although when I confronted them about the same showing my online order from my phone they said u forget to remove it and after a lot arguments they changed the taco and there was no regret about their attitude. Showed 100 % Racism. Overall the worst experience. Never visit this site during night around the closing hours. Thank you for the little service which u provided for the coke. I don't know what's wrong with these lads but these guys are either getting paid less or either they are completely racist comeon it's 2025 already.
Well I stood at the counter for just about 5 minutes (making eye contact several times with multiple employees) before the manager tells me I have to order at the keyosk . The whole time they where carrying on there own conversation. Guess I should have slid behind the counter and made my food as well id have put a lottle love in what I did . This location has permanently lost my business with so many other restaurants in town that at least seem genuinely appreciative of your business ill avoid this taco bell like the plague. And the drinks are flat!!!

Traveling through the area and decided to get Taco Bell for dinner. We were greeted very warmly by Toccara M. As we walked through the door! The food was great. Atmosphere was clean and fun. We wish all Taco Bell’s were like this! A+ for the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Toccara!

We stopped here on our way from Florida to Ohio and had dinner. This store was neat, clean, and well organized. I would like to thank Toccara for her nice friendly attentive and "can do" spirit. We would wish that all TacoBell locations have employees like her!

If I could give no stars I promise I would I went through there to night bout 11:00pm my food was so cold bread wasn't hot cheese wasn't melted and meat cold as ice when I took it back the girl at the window acted like she couldn't hear when she told manger they acted as if she didn't want to remake it all she did was warm it up and changed the bags Taco Bell do better I just threw my food away she could has at least remake it ?☠️?

Was traveling thru and won’t be stopping by again if I’m passing thru which we do often. Do better or get a better job lady.
