There is no sense in them filling these extra sauce containers like this if they are gona charge you money for them they both should be equally filled this is something I notice a lot here and it’s kinda ridiculous they should just give them away for free if there not giving you what you pay for just fill them up like they should be it’s quite simple

Check your food an your card if you go here. The girl at the register expects you to know as much as she do about the restaurant. She just flat out gave me the wimpy sauce after I said the hot sauce. I guess I like wimpy to her. I usually wouldn't leave a bad review for young ppl cause they probably just in school. But this was downright disrespectful. If I don't remember all the different sauces, educate me instead of getting an attitude. If you tired of educating ppl you could show me where it is on the menu instead of giving me what you want me to have. Plus she ran the customer card in front of me twice. Y'all need to get it together at this location.

Was looking at the menu for this Zaxby's. Was going to order chicken wings and saw they do not offer blue cheese for dipping. What? The most popular dipping sauce for wings and you don't carry it? Really? So no order for me tonight. I went to Zaxby's one other time and they did not have regular mustard for me to put on my chicken sandwich. That is it. I will not go to Zaxby's. How can they not carry such basic condiments!!!
Chick-fil-A, here I come.

Put in a curbside order at one of your locations sat outside for 15 minutes, finally walked inside and had to ask about my order only to see it sitting on the door dash stand, when I finally did get my food it was cold and soggy from sitting there and my tea was watered down not impressed.

Employees, when you prepare food, make sure that it's correct. You got every part of the order wrong and there wasn't much a reason for it since you were just standing around in a group.

Never eaten at one of these before. Regionally they aren't available I imagine. Their sauce was really good for dipping and the larger party box options are great for ordering with a group instead of individual combos.
