I've only been about 3 previous times and remember enjoying the food better. This time I got chicken strips and fries. Both were extraordinarily salty. To the point I couldn't really eat it.
We're from Michigan and wanted to try something new because we don't have Zaxbys. We had an offer for free 5fingerz with a 5.00 purchase and they would not honor the offer. Really disappointed could have been a little more willing to help but we paid on line and was sent out the door. I understand it was 8:41pm, we've been driving all day and just wanted to chill with some good food. They didn't give any plasticware for the salad and only one dipping sauce....

There wasn't any wait and Kevin H. our server/ assuming also the manager was running the register. He's very attentive and seemed like a hard worker. It was around rush hour past 5 pm when we ordered our food...
