Farmhouse Pound Cakes is a gem! Ellen creates the most delicious baked goods, from moist cupcakes to rich pound cakes and perfectly chewy chocolate chip cookies. Her treats never disappoint! I also loved their Cuban sandwich, which comes with Abby J’s local pickles — a perfect touch. The ambiance is relaxing, especially on Fridays with live music that adds to the charm. They also have a curated selection of local goods like honey, jams, and more, which makes every visit special....
If you are ever in the Cornelia Ga area this bakery needs to be your first stop. The pound cakes are to die for. I had the Apple Caramel perfect texture, flavor, best pound cake in town. The shortbread cookies wow they were eaten too fast for pictures! I will be back for more, we also had the scones they were delicious. Can’t wait to try their amazing lunches and specialty soups.
